My daughter had a pleasant car inquiry experience. Mr. Bowler is patient humorous and late. He was upfront and explained things to my daughter since this was her first time at a dealership. I'm crossing my fingers that she will purchase a car soon from Honda.

Purchased a Brand New Honda Civic Touring. Helpful at first to get you in and get your money. Have not been helpful since. Been bouncing around people leaving voicemails with different associates but no one even contacts me back. Sales person hasn’t bothered to call back either. Don’t want to mention names but it doesn’t seem like they value customers. Disappointed

Pearson Honda is where I bought my last 2 cars and where I go for all my maintenance needs! Michelle always helps me out with appointments and making sure I get great care. I always feel like I get great customer service and never feel like I am being talked in to unnecessary fixes, etc. I will continue to trust them with my car and highly recommend them!

I took my Ridgeline in for a recall. I just moved to the Richmond area and am unfamiliar with the roads and dealers. Pearsons was excellent in every way. The facilities were attractive and comfortable. In my contacts with Service, Sales, and other staff, I was pleased by their knowledge, courtesy, and performance. In spite of all this, I am unlikely to return due to the extremely difficult access/traffic from Westbound Hull St. Rd. to their business.

I can't believe how awesome these people were! I told them that I thought something was wrong and I asked him to give me a state inspection and rotate the tires and they came back and told me that everything is fine it looked good and they didn't try to charge me for something that I didn't need. In this day and age, reputable mechanics are hard to find. It's great to see a company that has a great reputation and will give good service without trying to gouge you for services that you don't need.

Got my oil change and tire rotation done here. It is always a good experience. I called last minute and staff took the time to look for a cancellation and got me in quickly. It kept me from taking off from work. I can usually get appointments quickly here rather than many days with some other dealerships

On August 8, 2023, I took my ‘new’ used car to Pearson Honda to have it checked out prior to finalizing the sale.Patrick, the Red Team advisor, was personable, professional, and expert in assisting me. The Red team has always taken good care of me. I expect the other teams are excellent also.I have come to expect this at Pearson! It is why I picked out a previously owned Honda and brought it to them. And it is why I have had my cars (both Hondas) serviced at Pearson for the eight-plus years since we moved to Richmond.P.S. The gentleman who took my car was personable and helpful as always. I wish I remembered his name so I could credit him here.

I love the Pearson Service department!They do a great job every time.It’s a comfortable place to wait and they keep you informed and move quickly.I have now moved 30 minutes away but always take my Honda to Pearson for service because I trust them so much.

Travelling across the country to find and purchase a car was pretty stressful. Butch, Mike and Shawn did a terrific job. From helping me find the car, take a deposit, get the car serviced and cleaned, and the checkout and payment, everything went perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better process. Thank you so much!

Brought a car in for a 30k mile service, they did not reset any of the service minders and the cars tpms light was on. I reset it and it came back on so I called to get them to fix it and kept getting no answer. They then tried to tell me to bring it in a week later for an appointment claiming that it was fine to drive as long as the tires were properly inflated. The customer service here is horrible.

$800 for a 30k service for my insight. By the time I drove home the tire pressure light was on. Tried getting the tire pressure correct after I was charged for it during the service as an itemized charge. Couldn’t get the light to turn off so I called same day and was sent to service department 4 times with no one picking up. Called a 5th time and the woman at sales said that it is very common for them not to pick up the phone in the last two hours of the day due to how busy they are and that she would relay a message to service with my issue, name and phone number. We left for vacation the next day and stillHadn’t been contacted to fix the issue after a week. Called on the day we returned home and explained to the rep in service department (thanks for picking up the phone this time). Her best help was to schedule me an appointment for diagnostics in a week. No thanks, I won’t be paying for diagnostics for an issues I called them immediately about that did t occur until they serviced my car. We drove in person and told them either fix it that day or refund us for the costs associated with the tires from the service. They said that they’d have to rotate tires again to have the light go off. I guess I paid for a tire rotation for nothing. I have to say that the tech and generalService manager did take us seriously once we went in toTalk to them but the overall experience was frustrating. It’s hard to get anyone to answer the phones, no one replies to the supposed messages that sales leaves for the service dept when they answer the phone in lieu of service, the service rep suggestion was to get me yo pay for diagnostics two weeks after I brought the issue to their attention. And every time I’m here it takes them about 20 minutes to check me out even though they call me to tell Me the car is ready for pick up. I stand in line for a service rep to tell me to wait for someone else and then walk me up to the cashier. I’m going to try the Richmond or colonial heights dealers next time. Thanks for the military discount thoughHate leaving bad review but sometimes you have to. Again the tech who saw me in person and the general service manager were helpful.

Service Advisor Patrick worked magic to get us in for a quick emergency repair while we were traveling. The whole facility was clean; everyone was friendly and efficient.
