I had all 3 of my dogs groomed this week. They did a great job on the haircuts but what I was told I would pay online and what i was quoted by the receptionist when i brougjt them to get their shots was totally different. what I actually had to pay was very different. Online it said 59.00 for my 2 shitzus and 36.99 for my other dog. Im a single mom with 2 teenagers im a waitress it said 59.00 then its ended up being 81 that's a big difference for multiple animals. Like I understand their fur was matted. I inherited these dogs when my mom passed away, My dog was with me when i was quoted the first time. they weren't in the best shape but I said all of that when I booked the appointment, for them to say online and in store it'll be 59 and then at checkout it was 81 thats just for 1 dog. Oh and she didn't even put the 10.00 matting fee on that one that I got the next day when I brought my other dog. Im going to have to find a private groomer bc I cant afford this. Im on a very fixed income. I just felt like that was extremely dishonest. Oh and they won't give you your animal back until you pay the amount so your just stuck with it. Like foreal il learn how to do it myself on YouTube. I dont deal with people who dont stand by their word. Everything in their store is overpriced. You can get the same anything from their store on Amazon for almost half the price. did a great job on the haircut But your dishonest and I dont do business with people I cannot trust. Oh and they kept my dogs for 4 hours before I could come and get them. When I got there to pick up Bently he was barking so loud he wanted out of there. Then when we went outside he ran to peeimmediately. Like u mean to tell me your keeping my animal for 1/4 of the day and dont let them use the bathroom at all? Then at the counter I had to wait for them to get up there so I can pay and leave. I won't be coming back ever. Im gonna try petsmart.

GENE COUNT YOUR DAYS!! I went to buy some fish and received the worse service since segregation! He was rude stomped away and slapped the fish tank down. Don’t let him help you!

How do you expect a pet store to sell you pets yet have no food to sell for your pet you purchased... this has been repeatedly the case at this location. They tell you they will have supplies delivered Tues and Thurs, yet...still no food to purchase for your pet. Its concerning to me that a pet store never carries adequate food and supplies to stock their shelves, and for the consumer. The manager at this location needs to figure out a better solution for proper inventory management. They always blame corporate yet maybe the manager needs to speak up when their shelves are constantly empty and continuously don't have food for reptiles. I will now have to travel across town 30 minutes to see if they have reptile food to feed my child's pet. NOTE TO SELF: Call first! they tell you one thing at the store... and then its nothing but BS

I have tried to buy fish here 3-4 times and have ended up leaving each time because there was no one who would assist. Employees would just walk past me and not give me a chance to ask for help or ask if I needed anything. I've had no issues otherwise and still go here for other needs, but now I go to PetSmart for fish or shrimp.

Gigi does amazing on shih tzu face hair cuts! My little dude moves around A BUNCH and many stylists don't want to handle him (understandable!) But gigi has been doing it a long time and rolo always comes out looking amazing!

I've started driving to pet stores further from my house because of how grossly mismanaged this store is. You're lucky if you're checked out within 5 minutes of getting to the register. The store is severely understaffed and the effects of this are evident every time I visit. To be clear, this is not the fault of the staff. It's the fault of whatever cheap slimy animal owns this place and wants to improve margins at the expense of his workers. Find a different store for your pet needs.
