Avoid this place, they know you have no place to turn because of your credit! They took me for 3200 couple of months later I thought thought they would do diagnostic for free since I was experiencing similar issues, but yet they said repairs would be approximately $4,000, mind you we are talking about a 2012 Chevy Cruz. I took it to a local chain, and it was basically a misfiring of a spark plug. Please please make sure you get a second opinion. This place honestly needs to be investigated. They play all cutesy with their posting on their digital sign, don’t let them suck you in. Yeah they got you in right away to previous poster because they knew you were a sucker. I actually have a complaint in with the BBB on them. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

This place is AMAZING, even though they were swamped, they were able to get to my car 2 days earlier than expected, they have been VERY transparent and answered every single question I had, Heather at the front desk is an absolute God send! She has helped me feel welcome, even though I'm stressing over getting a new engine, she has calmed me down several times and helped me with information, never once have I been made to feel rushed or unwelcome...Heather has made us customers for life!

Customer service is HORRIBLE all the employees have been nothing but disrespectful and definitely not accommodating. If you need an oil change I recommend Valvoline on Pikeview Dr.

So glad l found this business!
Everyone there is so pleasant, professional, and they are very good at explaining all of the details for you, great communication! Took my vehicle there to have 6 issues repaired. Had the parts ordered and fixed them all in 2 days! Very reliable and trustworthy!

Get rid of Jimmy that's all. Customer service is priority when people have to spend money at a business and Jimmy customer service skills are lacking. If you are hired to answer phone calls and you can't answer answer a customers questions then, you have no purpose for that business. I spent $2,000 on repairs earlier this year at this location and called about having my car looked at again but, the phone call alone will just have me going to the dealership.

Transmission went out in a car we purchased 6 months prior from Carvana. Contacted Carvana who gave me the contact information for this repair shop as well as a few others. Roadside Assistance picked up the car and towed it to the shop which was closed but first thing Monday morning Casey contacted us and asked what was going on. They put the car on the machine and determined it was in fact the transmission and contacted the warranty company. The warranty company covered the repair 100% and we had the car back a week later. Glad we chose this shop for the repair. Casey was very easy to work with and kept us updated during the entire repair. Highly recommend this shop and would take any other vehicle there for repair. Thank you!

The only reason I went to this mechanic shop is because they honored a warranty when I got it fixed at another shop in Toana Virginia for a bad alternator, a battery change and oil change. While the staff was nice and professional over the phone, I was not happy to hear they would have charged me almost $3000 ($2600 real time estimate) for a catalytic converter and 02 sensor for my 2003 Toyota Camry. Not only that, they still charged me $130 for a diagnostic tool even when I told them I had it previously gone to another auto shop and they gave me the code numbers. Only reason for the 2 stars is friendly staff and convenience.
