I cannot give enough praise to Lakeisha, the massage therapist. My husband suffered from a trigger point/muscle knots so bad that medication would not relieve. His doctor's were of NO help, so I did my research. His knots were so bad they were spasming and causing pain down his arm! I called so many places trying to find relief for him, the person who answered the phone was SO KIND, nicer than anyone I talked to looking for relief for him and this is a pelvic therapy care place!It can make more than a difference how you treat people and I can't say enough great things about this staff!Lakeisha gave exceptional care with massage, and multiple methods to calm those muscle knots down. I teared up because he FINALLY had relief! Lakeisha is a massage therapist who truly stood out for her professionalism and kindness. Her skilled hands worked wonders! Her expertise not only brought much-needed pain relief but also left us deeply impressed with her caring approach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

The staff at Progress were incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and understanding. I went for about 6 months and saw amazing progress with postpartum injuries. We had some setbacks because I overdid it several times & both PTs that I saw were reassuring that it would get better and it did. Prior to starting with Progress, I could not walk for half a mile or more without pain. I couldn’t lift my son from the floor. It was a whole mess of other symptoms but after seeing them for several months I am mostly back to normal! I still have some occasional “flare ups” but they gave me the skills to handle on my own.

Ten years ago, my low back and pelvic floor were so dysfunctional that I was living on the floor for months and couldn't take care of my newborn baby. I had gone through multiple physical therapists (none of whom were successful) before I found Amanda and she discovered the keystone of my problem-- my pelvic floor. To be honest, I would still be on the floor if it weren't for her help. I had already seen surgeons, osteopaths, and other specialists who had no idea how to help me. With a lot of hard work, Amanda and Myra Pumphrey pieced me back together.Being a very hypermobile person, I am quite prone to injury. A few years ago, my uterus prolapsed and Amanda helped me avoid a hysterectomy. My 2 sisters (also hypermobile) have chronic issues, as well, and she helped them navigate their problems, too.I feel so fortunate to have found Amanda and Progress Physical Therapy. Battling chronic hypermobility, especially as I age, is not easy. It's so reassuring to know that I've found a team of experts to help me stay active and out of pain as I get older.

Amazing! If you have EDS, this is the place to go. I drove a long way specifically to see a provider at this clinic because I was having difficulty getting my hypermobility diagnosed and needed specific advice. It was one of the best experiences I've had—they take excellent care of their patients and are extremely knowledgeable.Like most individuals with hypermobility, seeing providers is rarely fruitful and can be a demoralizing experience. I had previously had a horrible experience with a gynecologist and they treated me with care and listened to my story with compassion. I didn't realize it was possible to leave a doctor's office and not be upset. If you're on the fence about it, I urge you to give them a chance, and I would highly recommend.

(As someone with hyper mobility I DO NOT recommend Progress Physical Therapy!!)I am a 20 year old who has Dysautonomia (POTS) and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Despite having many physical therapists throughout my life my experience at this location of Progress PT was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. When arriving to the location I was greeted with a mundane atmosphere. When I approached the office staff with a “Hello,” I was greeted with silence. I understand that no one has common courtesy these days but when you have rivaling companies such as Pivot PT, with staff and providers who are actually decent, it’s truly quite marveling to return to a second Progress PT with a staff of apathetic employees. Before I could finish filling out the initial paperwork I was taken back by Dr. Amanda Watson - whom Dr. Amanda Miller recommended to me. Initially I called to see Dr. Miller as she is listed on the EDS website however her schedule was completely booked but I was promised by her that herself, Dr. Watson, and Dr. Scott could help me with my needs. Dr. Watson was not only stiff in personality, but extremely brash. She was snappy with me regarding questions, medication, and my overall health despite my apologies for my brain fog. The biggest red flag in this span of time was her asking me - “You know we have a Progress PT closer to your area. Why aren’t you there?” I explained to her that their office called to tell me in August of 2022 they no longer accepted patients with EDS. The only positive from this conversation was Dr. Watson saying she would “reach out to them and ask about it”. Beyond that, Dr. Watson seemed completely apathetic to my stressful situation in which I have dealt with. She did not care as I started to break down crying during the appointment however, I did my best to hold it together. She questioned me coldly at why I held my hands towards my head doing certain exercises even when my joints were loudly snapping and popping - and finally, and most bizarrely, when lying on my back she aggressively pushed down on my stomach without regard to my pain - which truly hurt me, and asked me to: “Breathe from my stomach and not my chest”. I was truly confused because never in my life has a doctor asked me to do this. How do I breathe from my stomach without moving my chest? What are you talking about? I tried multiple times to do this as she pushed down on my stomach, and she said, “You really can’t do this, can you?” No, I can’t. And I’m here for help, not to be talked down to. After this I couldn’t help but tear up and she asked me if I was done. I tried to hold out but after she left the room, I grabbed my things and attempted to go to the front office to finish paperwork which I know legally had to be done. Dr. Watson told me to reschedule for another appointment but I am already awaiting being charged for our miserable 15-20 minute experience which made me walk out on them. As always, I want to give others the benefit of the doubt, maybe you were having a bad day. I understand. I was too. However, in a profession where you’re caring for others maybe have a little more empathy next time instead of hurting me and questioning me. I won’t be back, and if anyone reading this has a medical condition such as Dysautonomia or Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I really feel for you as it is so rare to find anyone who wants to understand our condition or even wants to help with kindness, empathy, and compassion. Call me inexperienced, call me sensitive - but when I see a medical provider I want to be treated with respect as I go through so much pain on the daily already. This was my second and final time using Progress Physical Therapy and I’ll never be back.Finally, if I receive a reply from your office through Google Reviews or via email, I don’t care about any excuses you may state towards my review. My experience was my own and I highly appreciate anyone reading this who might struggle similarly to myself to form their own opinion about using your services.

Macye is simply the best!! I cannot emphasize enough how well she provided respectful and client-centered care. She heard me and had extensive knowledge around pelvic floor health. I felt validated and so comfortable sharing all of my history with her. She walked me through every part of her care, and I found myself looking forward to this process. After many failed attempts with pelvic health, I feel optimistic and well supported by Macye’s care!

My visit was great, what I’m very unhappy with is being charged $50 for a “ no show” fee when i called and said I wouldn’t make it that day..I am a consumer and I work for a living just like everyone else especially at this facility , but when I asked If there was anything they could even help out with about this fee the answer was no. Flat out, no. Not even an offer of half off the no show fee ( once again even though I called and told them I wouldn’t be able to make it )Unfortunately, I will not return truly due to the lack of common courtesy and personal efforts.

Mayce is phenomenal and has made my first PT experience a great one. I was hesitant at first, but now look forward to this time every week that I get to focus on me! The exercises she gives me to practice are working well, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Macey and everyone at Progress have been wonderful, both expertly knowledgeable and compassionate. I am grateful for treatment that restored my health and that enabled me to have a full life. So pleased to have had physical therapy at Progress.

One of the most thorough, thoughtful and insightful physical therapists I have ever been to. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of the human body and musculoskeletal system. Evidently from pre-natal to geriatrics. They also have a wider range of treatment options than most physical therapist offices. I’ve been to several. I am very impressed and normally I’m not. I would recommend this practice for men, women and children.
