Came in as a walk-in for some blood work. Walked in and the whole waiting area was full and there were people standing outside. Waited FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF, just to be told that if you were a walk-in for blood work or a drug screening you would not be seen and you should go to another location. I went to the other location with another lady that left, was in and out less than 20 minutes. The workers told me that it was the third time that they have had people be sent over and it was reported.

I walk in to the quest diagnostics and waited for more than 60 minutes for the drug test. The staff were rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. For those who need to make an appointment, I don’t recommend this place at all.

Can't talk to a human! There is no one to answer a call - you have to physically go in to talk with anyone. Complete garbage.

Check in is easy, waiting area is clean, wait time is short, each visit & conversation is pleasant. Staff is very nice, gentle & kind with each blood draw.

Just had to have blood work drawn for work and I have to say the experience was super easy and fast. Cynthia is the best.

I was seen right at my appointment time. Staff was kind, competent, and efficient. I was in and out of the office in less than 15 mins.

Second time now quest has done this to me. My appointment was for 11:40 am on Saturday and they were already closed! How can u close 20 minutes before closing time if someone has an appointment.

i was attended to the health screening program today. 1301 Battery Brooke Pkwy Richmond, VA 23237
my complain is, the nurse who diagnose my health screen(taking blood)really painful. she punched my finger hardly and squeezed so hardly. i never see the way taking blood that way any nurses like that.still i have pain and and swelling my finger.and she wrote my blood presser as normal without checking.also I'm going to complain to my company HR about this incident tomorrow.also some other people also wasn't happy about her bad service.kindly request you to look into this incident

I️ had a good experience overall, but I was a bit discouraged by others in the lobby mentioning they’d been waiting for hours. Fortunately, I was only there for 30 minutes because I had an appointment. I’d definitely recommend scheduling an appointment for a quicker experience.

Completely unable to reach a human by phone to inquire about wait time on walk in. Came at 8am Monday morning to be greeted by a totally frazzled and overwhelmed woman explaining how she was unable to take walk ins because she had no help and was double booked all morning. She was as kind as one could expect and while I was one of many (paying customers) who was unable to receive service, I blame those in charge of this lady who was clearly overwhelmed. She thanked me kindly for my understanding. I left irritated but definitely not w the front line worker. She was great.
