The female manager at the commonwealth location is extremely rude to customers. Constantly rolling her eyes at people treating others who had questions about the bogo deal like they were stupid. After witnessing her rude actions I left with out making any purchases

I ordered Despicable Me Crocs for my sister that ended up being the wrong size. Luke was so helpful with my return and placing an order with the correct size to get shipped to my house. He was very patient and kind. Best customer service!

Cyrus was rude and condescending. I was returning my shoes to exchange for a smaller size. I was told that bc the box doesn't scan that Cyrus assumed I got it from other store. I told him that we got it from this store and he made it seem like I was a liar. So I will never shop at this location again wow. Not helpful at all!

Been going there for over 15 years always get a new pair of walking shoes and a pair of work shoes today when I went to check out was informed the shoes were not eligible for buy one get one. The only reason I shop at the store they’ve lost a long-term customer.

The cashiers were so lazy and rude. I couldn’t reach the top of the shelf and they didn’t ask me if i needed help or anything when they obviously saw me. It made me so mad. They quite literally watched a pair of crocs fall onto my face and then continue talking. It’s clear that all the workers do all day is sit there and talk. So rude
