It can be a hit or miss in Ross but they have a ton of toys out for Christmas. The staff is not that pleasant & the line can get extremely long because they are ALWAYS understaffed…. but if you come across a good find it’s worth it. The boys section needs more items always!!! but there are a ton of things here for little girls.

This Ross has gone downhill the past few years. Mostly with staffing.Dealt with a very rude and grouchy employee who was hounding me and timing me with “five minutes left” while I was attempting to try on clothes, because their dressing rooms up front were full. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction!On another visit, people out front asking for donations were interrupting me while I was on an important phone call, despite me gesturing to indicate I was on the phone. They didn’t seem to take the hint. Go somewhere else!

I was thinking things were cheaper here. High prices and poor selection. A total waste of time. I thought afterwards maybe they were closing the store.

Before I can get into the store a man with a table outside from the “Y” harassing people for donations! Same thing when I left the store. Won’t be back!
