This Ross has gone downhill the past few years. Mostly with staffing.Dealt with a very rude and grouchy employee who was hounding me and timing me with “five minutes left” while I was attempting to try on clothes, because their dressing rooms up front were full. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction!On another visit, people out front asking for donations were interrupting me while I was on an important phone call, despite me gesturing to indicate I was on the phone. They didn’t seem to take the hint. Go somewhere else!

I was thinking things were cheaper here. High prices and poor selection. A total waste of time. I thought afterwards maybe they were closing the store.

Before I can get into the store a man with a table outside from the “Y” harassing people for donations! Same thing when I left the store. Won’t be back!

I used to like Ross for the dress sale. They don't seem to be having many dresses but I can always find one piece here and there to add to my wardrobe. I always go through the Arts and Crafts section as well as the kitchen section. And changing my living room I tend to pull it together from various searches so Ross is one of my first go to places and then I'll go to Home Goods. Before purchasing the furniture and knowing what colors I wanted to use I found accessories and rugs for pop of color. I refuse to return them even when I had to return the furniture but fam what I really want it in the same color so the rugs will work and the pillows as well. I've been fortunate over the years to find some really good things

Really can't beat the prices at Ross. Just go with patience to look through the racks for your size and check out the racks for a size up and down because you'll often find your size in the wrong area. It's worth the time.The fitting rooms are tiny and there are only two of them, be sure to step outside the fitting room to look in the mirror for a full length view.The candies, snacks, and beverages are worth looking at before you check out but check the dates on packages.The cashiers at this location are friendly and work fast.

Tried this new location and regretted it. Went to try on some pieces only to be rushed out when I had only been in there less than 10 minutes. Associate told me she was going on break and had to close down the fitting rooms. Not even two minutes later, I get a “Are you done??” From someone who’s worked in retail for years, I completely understand the stress. But there’s no need to be rude and rush customers out.

Name brand clothing and shoes at great prices however store is messy. Customer service could be better.
