I love getting my hair done at Serendipity! I've seen Grace every time since I started going, and I love my hair every time, she always does my hair exactly how I've imagined it and it feels fantastic every time! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and I always feel so beautiful after leaving.

Rituals is by far more courteous and you will be pampered equally...or more so! Those answering the phone can make you or break you. When I asked a range of cost for extra coloring if needed, you would have thought I had violated a Hepa rule. You can't give a range...shame on you! And, the tone was very degrading! I was a customer pre Covid but will NEVER return.

Today I had the most amazing facial at Serendipity Hair Salon in Midlothian. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were so professional and attentive, and the entire experience felt luxurious. My esthetician, Shannon, took the time to ask about my skin concerns and tailored the facial to meet my needs, using high-quality products that left my skin feeling fresh, smooth, and rejuvenated. I could tell that Shannon genuinely cared about the health and appearance of my skin. She answered all of my questions and I happily purchased several of the products she used on my face. The facial included a neck and arm massage with warm stones and oils. Also, the scalp and neck massage were an added bonus. I left the salon feeling pampered and glowing! I highly recommend Shannon at Serendipity Hair Studio for top-notch facial treatments. I’ll definitely be coming back on a future day off from work.

Serendipity is an amazing salon all around. The staff if very kind and the front desk workers are always super welcoming. Jillian always does my hair and she always does an amazing job. She has done cuts, colors and styles on me and they are always amazing. I have no complaints and would 100% recommend Serendipity to anyone who is looking for a salon!

I love coming to Serendipity! The front desk is always smiling and welcoming, they use excellent hair products, and my stylist always does a great job highlighting and cutting my hair! It is always a spa experience!

I have very wavy hair and I like to have it cut into a pixie. I am very picky, but loyal when I find the right place/stylist. This is my new favorite!
PS: I was pleased to see my name written on their welcome chalkboard when I walked in, too! Nice touch!

This was my first time visiting and Nora did great! Did exactly what I asked for and was great at checking in with what changes I wanted as she kept cutting so that was comforting! I didn’t get my hair colored but the full face picture is way I asked for and the other is what I got

I had the most amazing experience today at the salon! My Artist cheree made Me feel so beautiful and refreshed! I also had a wonderful little hand massage from Chloe, That was such a nice touch. Sometimes we get lost in the hustle and bustle of life and forget to take care of ourselves, and this Salon truly make sure that you feel pampered?
