Highly incompetent employees at the counter. They have no idea how to process payment. I wanted to pay for gas in store using the shell app. I displayed my QR code on my phone, and the screen had clear instructions for the employees, instructing them to process the payment as card and then scan the QR code. The employees, both the team member and the manager, said that their system did not take the shell app. Which is a lie, because I filtered the shell locations in the app to only show the ones that accept mobile pay, and this location was listed. It did not help that the employees hardly spoke or understood English either.

Regular gas was looking $3.24 on google, when I arrived it was $3.49

This is my go to gas station. Also use the car wash regularly. Great, friendly staff. Decent selection of food and drinks inside.

I come here often because Ali is usually working and he is the best. He always asks about how my son is doing and greets me as soon as I walk in. He is just the best and I had to write a review. Whatever he is getting paid is not enough. He does everything he can for everyone and is there almost always. I come there just for him now and drive past other gas stations.
