Had my employee try to deposit my paycheck that was postdated for Friday April 7th 2023. (Never had an issues with her depositong my checks before while im out of town.) There was a man at the driveup window who argued with my employer about how he couldn't deposit a posted dated check. My employee has delt with him before and he has deposited my postdated check. This was the first time I've ever had this happen. Why couldn't he deposit my check to have in my account this morning? I am coming to terms that Truist has been nothing but issues for me way before they merged. There will be a phone made today about this.

2 times to this branch, one inside and 1 in drive through. 12 minutes to get through drive through and we were the only car In our lane. Sent someone else’s envelope back.Inside was even worse. Took forever to get our transaction done.about an hour and mistakes were made during transaction

My wife trained most of the Suntrust employees in Richmond, Va. In my humble opinion, she did a great job! Now finally, retired. I need her to go back to work! LOL!
