We arrived to TMobile on Sunday and Benjamin, manager, helped my son with a sim card issue in less than 10 mins. He was professional, courteous, new exactly what he was doing and how to help, very knowledgeable on the products. Everyone should visit this store and ask for him!

HORRIBLE! Ben will have no problem selling you everything, lying to your face about costs, and then like a child, ignores you when you come into the store (3 times) to ask a question and try to get some clarification about services he sold and lied about, increasing my bill significantly. I simply wanted an explanation on my bill, as I was promised it would not increase too much. Store associates took my number several times as each time I went into the store he was “on a meeting call.” Never received a return call. Such a joke.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I went in yesterday and was having trouble with my phone that I bought online. Ben was super friendly and nice! He helped me with my problem and made me feel very welcome.

Staffs need more training how to be nice to customers. Very unfriendly people working here. I love T-mobile but I definitely will avoid coming to this store.

Shawn was great at this location! He took his time with me and my wife explaining everything to new customers. He went above and beyond with customer service.

I went in November 2nd to Purchase an iPhone 13 mini. The representative helping me pressured me into buying a regular iPhone 13 in order to boost his commission, saying that if I got the mini, I would regret it and would be in the next day paying a $70 restocking fee to return it. Upon taking the phone home I realized it was too big for me and I should’ve gone with my original choice. Therefore, the next day, I went in to the same store to return the phone, per their 14 day return policy. The manager told me I would be unable to return the phone, due to my trade in, and that If I were to buy the iPhone mini 13, I would not get a refund on the $400 down payment. He said my only option was to trade in the brand new iPhone 13 for the 13 mini; however, that would lose me the $400 down payment and I would still have to pay $230, even though the iPhone 13 costs more than the mini. Before I left, I told the manager that he needs to talk to his employees about pressuring customers. He said that he would have this conversation, which proves that he was aware of these sleazy sales techniquesI called t mobile that night and reported the situation in full. The representative was named Kels and was the only positive experience I’ve had with t mobile. He was very empathetic, acknowledged the store’s wrongdoing and helped us quickly resolve the issue. He noted on my account that the store had to honor the 14 day return policy and they had to honor the promotional credit.I returned to the store on 11/4 and was able to make the switch. I unfairly had to pay a $70 restocking fee even though I was pressured into buying a phone that I didn’t want.Overall, I was very upset with this experience and would not recommend buying from this store. I was pressured and bullied into both getting a phone I didn’t want and also being lied to about the inability to return my phone. Until I spoke with Kels, I was legitimately considering switching to Verizon because of this poor experience and lack of communication/consistency.

I went there to switch to T-Mobile from AT&T with an existing unlocked iPhone. It started well with a nice lady helping me choose the best International plan with discounts. However, after that it started going downhill. A new comer (gentleman) went through the entire switch process which was a horrible experience. All he did was took $30 fee using my credit card printed the receipt but the actual work/switch was not complete properly at all. Since the switching was not done properly, I had to call the T-Mobile customer service myself while on the store when the sitting store manager (another gentleman) & this new comer was trying to tell me that it may take up to 72 hours for the switch to happen which was absolutely incorrect/ridiculous as T-Mobile's online FYI section says it shouldn't take more than couple of hours. Both gentlemen were rude at the end while they couldn't resolve the mess they created during the switch process. I had to be on the phone with T-Mobile customer service myself for about another hour to complete the process again while dealing with those two rude gentlemen (T-Mobile representatives) in the store. I have been to AT&T, Verizon and Sprint stores in the past as they have been my careers and have never been through such horrible untrained rude unprofessional staffs. Please avoid this place by all means. You will be better off either staying with your current carrier or, trying another T-Mobile store perhaps.

Ask for Benjamin! He made the process so easy, gave us all our options and was transparent. Made something I was dreading into a great experience!

Coolest, professional, most time expedient cell phone reps I've ever worked w in 20+ years. Specifically ask for Keisha L. and/or Jonathan R. T-Mob managers/supervisor's, give these 2 a pay raise!! I rep a community of 3k+ and will 100% be recommending this location to everyone. ??

Visited the store recently to upgrade my phone. Not a horrible experience, staff very friendly and knowledgeable, but, well maybe TOO friendly. I say this as there should be a fine line of friendliness and professionalism. Professionalism - how you are spoken too but also, how the co-workers react with one another in the presence of customers. I was put off by this and it decreased my confidence in their technical knowledge. At times I felt like they were guessing their responses to my questions. All 3 men were of the Millennial era...that generation really needs to fine tune their professional skills in the workplace as I find this a trend at other stores as well.

By far one of the best T-Mobile store I have been in! Staff was prompt greeted as soon as I came in, everyone was smiling and friendly. They were engaged and eager to help. This will definitely be my go to store. I 100% recommend this location.

Again horrible ordeal again. Just a bunch of lying people from one minute to the next. Just was told by them my 18 month old phone they sold me is 3 years outdated among other things. T mobile is a lousy group, bad service and a bunch of lying sales people. Go elsewhere peoples, problems galore. Not to mention $2500.00 worth of fraud charges this week shipped to other states.. what a bull chit time on that for a week...
