great service! went in to see about upgrading our phones and ended up leaving with new phones and the customer service was great. Both guys who were there when we went in (1/21) were great! We were there longer than expected but it was a smooth transfer. thank you for the great service!

On one hand you have Chandler, who was extremely nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He greeted people as they came in, engaged with people in line and tried to keep the line moving and helped 4 sets of customers in the hour we were here.On the other hand you had Arlane, who was slow, didn't engage with anyone, spent too much time talking to her customer about non-phone related things, and was still on the same customer she had when we walked in after an hour, laughing and cutting up instead of working and helping customers.All that said we stood in line for an hour, and decided to walk out because another store not too far away had no customers when I called.Arlane needs training on how to stay focused and work efficiently in order to better service T-Mobile's customers.

We've always had good service here since we switched from Verizon earlier this year. But this review is specifically to thank Robert, who really went the extra mile for us recently when a lost phone constituted a family emergency. He resolved our issue for us quickly, professionally, and in our interest, and we truly appreciate it.

Couldn't be helped..told to return when the manager was there. Tried to return modem because I switched to Verizon. They still sent me a bill for March. I showed them the receipt from Verizon showing their modem delivery to me starting Feb 1st.

The lady which didn’t even introduce herself put zero effort to convince us to switch, we’re an AT&T customer that wanted to move to T-Mobile and the store employees at this location left us wondering if they even know what customer service means. Will not recommend you waste your time here.

I was a bit hesitant when I initially entered the establishment; however, it turned out to be a great experience. Staff was friendly and took the time to explain the differences between the iPhones and our current bill. I also noticed they had bilangual staff on duty to ensure everyone could make informed decisions. I would definitely return to this store location.

If I could give this store negative stars I would.Manager and employees are not educated on the promotions and instead of trying to solve the problem to the customers they argue with them.T-Mobile is about the customer experience. And THIS store is NOT a great example of that. Avoid this store at all costs. The most TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I’ve seen.

I’ve been to hundreds of cell phone stores, and this T-Mobile has got to be the worst. Rudest employees ?. The guy and girl working behind the counter are too busy playin’ on their phones. I was a Sprint customer yesterday, not anymore. The 2 clowns workin at this worthless location must have not received the memo that>>> T-Mobile now owns Sprint<<<<<. After adding a line to my plan (for a so called $25.00 a month) my Sprint/T Mobile bill raised 4x to a ridiculous amount of $274.00/ month. Good luck trying to get any kind of assistance at this location, like assisting charging your phone, getting the manager’s e-mail, name or store ID. After 5-10 minutes the girl finally printed out my bill on a narrow receipt, as long as a CVS one with print so tiny that you must have bifocals handy to read. Good luck trying to read any of the print on any receipt coming off of their register. The young tall guy let me know right away that he’s not helping me, I’m a Sprint customer. Sorry, was a Sprint customer. No help getting me the manager’s name, phone number, e-mail address, store number. He did put me on the phone with a customer service representative in the Philippines’s who could barely speak English cancelled my plan. I left this T-Mobile , drove directly to Verizon and got hooked up with a new iPhone and gave me $400 for both of my T Mobile phones. Worst cell phone store experience 100. I’ll never go back into a T Mobile store. Your customer service is terrible. How do you guys make any $?

Holy moly. I have never smelled more weed in my life than when I walked into this store. I am all for chilling but not at work. When I walked in to the store, after about 15 seconds I was greeted by two representatives, Jordan and Kilo. Their pupils were ginormous and their speech was very slow. I’m pretty sure they just lit up in the back before I arrived. Anyway, I asked them if I could trade my Verizon iPhone 11 for a new iPhone. They told me “no” very flatly, even though I was able to do this easily at another t mobile store. I asked if I could just outrightly buy the Iphone 13 and they said I couldn’t buy any phones that day because their manager “caught someone doing something sketchy while he was buying a phone” ? so they weren’t selling any more phones that day. They definitely could care less about helping customers and I am considering switching to another provider.
