Do not take you generator to terrys for repairs. They said it was fixed. Didn't start!!! then I was accused of putting gas and water in my gas tank!!!!! I never touched it and they stood firm that I did. I do not appreciate the treatment I received. They didn't want to hear anything I was saying. Who ever the owner is need to check into the personal. When I got there to pick up the generator it was left outside in the handicap spot. This generator is heavy. I went in to get help with it and they said no!!!!! Until they noticed I was talking VIDEO!!!! The guy asked was I recording and I said yes. Only then did he come from behind the counter to help. He helped and the told me to never come back. I haven't touched the generator since I picked it up but will be doing another video!!! Video will be up on all social platforms. Facebook, tictoc etc. Including when they said they wouldn't help load. They don't have to worry about me or my followers to do ant business with Terry!!!!!

I'm not one to leave reviews much less bad ones. But I took my lawnmower in because my warranty said I had to go there. I explained the problem though they barely listened. Just got it back, paid for it because it "wasn't covered by the warranty" (over $140), and it has the exact same issue as when I took it in. So that meant they charged me for nothing, definitely not fixing the problem.
