This Tjmaxx is probably the best one for plus size women in the Richmond/ Chesterfield area. While the selection is not as large as I would like they still have way more than the Chesterfield Towne Center. I also see that they are up to stock on a lot of the newer and trendy makeup which is a huge plus! They always have a large clearance aisle too! The employees are always kind to me and my baby when we go in. Pretty clean as well!

I don't recommend this store at all.
This lady, Tina, is unbearable and rude. She has a bad attitude and even makes faces when you come to return something.
Another character in this location is the manager (men). He speaks very loudly and you can find out about all the problems of the team that works in the store if he is present. I have witnessed in two occasions where he has challenged stockers or has been talking bad things about one of the workers to another worker.
The last -and no less- character is a lady (manager in the cashier area) who I have seen a loooot of times responding to customers in the same way as Tina. It's so disgusting!
So, you can't expect too much from this store other than prices that can be convenient sometimes and the bad time you will have is probably certain.

I like the store because it has a lot of variety for different people. However, I had a bad experience there because of a lady named Tina. Her attitude is the worst I have ever seen. I went there twice and met her both times; it was terrible. For the people who go there, avoid checking out with her.

I like shopping at all the TJ Maxx stores. I usually can easily find a shirt, something for the kitchen, wall art, pillows, and much more! Great deals too!

This TJ Maxx has the best selection of any in the greater Richmond area. MUCH better jewelry section, and they had two pair of pants I knew I should've gotten but assumed I could get at another location. Neither Short Pump nor Regency had them. Damn. Hate to have to drive all the way back over there.

It didn't turn out as I expected. Marshalls is a step or two above here. The products on the shelves are placed very complicatedly. One has difficulty finding what one is looking for.
