This review is about Tractor Supply in general and not a particular store. Ordered a gun safe and paid $250 for delivery. They said it would be delivered in June 30th when I ordered. Took the day off to receive the safe. No show. Got an email that afternoon saying it would be delivered July 2nd. Wife cancelled her plans to stay home that day. No show. Called customer support. They had no idea when it would be delivered and offered no help to find out other than giving me the number to the freight company they hired. Called them and they didn’t know when it would be delivered but said they would call a day or two ahead and setup appt. Appt made for July 8th but they said it was curbside only due to having to deliver on a tractor trailer/flatbed and couldn’t back up my 200 yard driveway. They showed up with a small box truck with lift gate and motorized pallet jack. Could’ve easily made it up my drive and rolled it right into my shop. Delivery company was XPO. Had to move 835 lbs safe up 200 yard driveway after paying $250 for delivery and being told they would put it in my shop. No more Tractor Supply for me. They lost a longtime customer.

Tried to purchase ducklings. I called three times and was assured they had plenty so I drove 45 minutes there that afternoon. When I got there and asked about them I was told by an extremely rude lady at the front desk that they hadn’t had any for days and she was unable to tell me when more would come.

For the third time over a few months I’ve come to location to buy something that says 5+ items in stock for them to not have that item in stock on the shelves. The manager isn’t helpful or useful. Go to a different store or just buy what you need from Amazon

Good ole bait and switch. Bought an item for pickup and even called in before we got there. Once we got there they cancelled our order and let us know it would be 72 hours before we would get our money back.
The teenage worker obviously had no consumer training and even laughed at us as he got us more irritated.
Obviously will not be going back there and pretty stunned how awful the experience was.

The staff was very friendly. The store was nice and clean and the manager, Colin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond.

After receiving a call from this location, I returned the call to hear that they had found a credit card and somehow accessed my phone number in association with it. As someone who is not local, and has experienced fraud before, I was greatly concerned with how my information was accessed. The man I spoke with voluntarily told me he was a former police officer and had gotten my phone number using police resources. When I pressed the issue, I was told the store was too busy to deal with me and was hung up on. I called the store again and asked to speak with the manager on duty. The same employee stated that he didn’t owe me any explanation and had gotten my phone number from Google. Now having received two different answers as to where my information was sourced, I was even more concerned. The employee called me rude and said a manger would return my call. There is nothing rude about showing fear/concern for my personal information and I did feel that I was entitled to a better explanation. The manager did not reach out to me further and I am left with the same concerns, as well as a concern that a former police officer may be using previous resources to access personal information. Whatever the intent may have been, this was not handled correctly, and completely dismissing my concern is very unsettling.

I really can't give a 5 star for my experience even though I have frequented tractor supply stores through the years and have excellent customer service every time. I went into get supplies for my ducks and asked the associate if they had hay. He said yes and he had to make two calls to get an associate to answer. By the way excellent customer service! I am not familiar with the store and the sales associate gave me directions to get the hay. I drove around to the side of the building and saw the sign for online pickup and looked to my left and saw the sign for pickup. I drove through and the associate basically told me off for driving through. He said I was supposed to drive around the building. I told him i was not familiar with the store but I saw the sign for pickup and he said "well next time drive around the building! " not good customer service...there are several Tractor Supply stores and I will be visiting them for all my horse, dog, cat, and duck needs in the future. Thank you for listening.

The staff can't read or listen. You tell them what you are looking for and specifically show them it's an on-line only order you need help with (thanks for nothing Matt H. and the 2 ladies that had no idea and passed us off) and interested in the 0% financing and how to go about it and next thing you know, you have a credit card you can't use it and need to wait 7-10 days until it shows up and by then good luck if that deal is still happening because we can't help you at this point you need to call the bank. I received no confirmation, reference number, or receipt for this, which isn't normally how it works. You always receive some sort of confirmation. Called customer service and was told I should have given a reference number from the sales clerk that processed the application and I was given nothing! Thanks for wasting my time and not knowing how to do your own job, real helpful. Already canceled the card and taking my business elsewhere.

As I walked in I felt very uncomfortable as employees were staring me down. I came in to return an item and had to wait a while for one employee who was in line in front of me gossiping to the other employee not a great place for black people.
