Came here because I couldn't decide if I wanted a certain cologne. This place has most fragrances on testers. Not all beauty stores have more rare cologne on testers.

The person assisting me in the check out was so rude. I understand no one is obligated to give a “hey how are you” or “have a good day” but I came in didn’t bother anyone and paid for my products and the cashier looked at me like I was the most inconvenient person to exist. Chesterfield mall location is waaaayyy better and more welcoming

This location use to be my “go to” I knew they would have what I was looking for. Not anymore…I hate going there now since they have partnered with an organization that now is out front almost every time I go there raising money for one organization or another. It’s always the same people but who they are raising money to help changes weekly and if you tell them you have already donated (which I did) they want more.

Wish they could stop the beeping noise. I would shop longer. It just absolutely drives me nuts. So i go in and get out as fast as possible.

I love this store and the employees. But this Saturday I had a bad experience with a lady named Melissa. My daughter and I went to pick up some products and normal. But this lady went behind us and then the alarms went off. My daughter says that the lady stared at us as if we stole something. With all this racism against the Latino community, I hope it's not like that and just a misunderstanding. I felt harassed as if she wanted to throw us out of the store.

I recently came and was helped by Odyssey, she was great!! She was patient, smiled, knowledgeable and helped me save some money and I love saving my coins. I’m always greeted when I walk in and I appreciate the little things.

I regularly experience products being out of stock at this location. It doesn’t seem like they ever have enough/any back stock of a lot of items. They were out of two of the four items I needed, and I saw a lot of empty shelves as I was browsing, e.g. hair tools, a L’Oréal foundation, travels/minis towards the registers, Jack Black lip balm, etc. Despite low inventory elsewhere, they had no less than two dozen Tree Hut vanilla body scrubs on the shelves; which I found odd.
There were two employees on the floor that asked me if I was finding everything okay and were helpful when I had questions about a couple of products. One suggested the option to order the product to ship to me when she advised they were out of a it but if I’m taking time to come to the store, I want or need to leave with the product. Not an ideal visit, today.

Why offer curbside pickup if you won’t even bring it out.. I’ve been in the curbside pickup parking for 20 minutes I’m checked in and they’re talking inside and walking around while they see my car

The manager Melissa treats customer with no respect acts like your stealing even follows you around the store to cash register very rude and when you have a issue she says she can’t talk to you then why are you a manager . This is not how you treat customers and then when you bring your kids in there to shop omg she treats them like trash me and my kids are Diamond members and your losing customers left and right need to do better not impress with this store anymore

Been going here for anlmost 10 years and customer service has gotten much better than what it was like 7-8 years ago, The store used to have a very incompetent manager. Today, the cashier did a real poor job explaining about using my rewards. She was overly bubbly and very loud and maybe even nervous or anxious. Something that should’ve been really easy to explain took a long time. I was never in a position where I had more rewards than the total of my purchase. She just started talking to me about points and what she can do for me and I’m like I just wanna use my rewards and she just was not able to clearly explain it to me again, was hyper, overly loud and I was so confused . The answer should have been, simply put - per the reward policy you’re not able to use all of your rewards when the purchase is below your reward amount, So you can only use this dollar amount of it. Maybe a manager could listen in and assist this associate when you can see that she’s confusing customers.

The staff at Ulta were very helpful. The store is extremely clean. I found the items that I wanted. I would shop here again! Nice experience!
