Great customer service. Lavonda came out to retrieve my dropped license since I have mobility issues and could not reach it. She also was concerned about me calling from my cell to activate my temp debit card since the system indicated I had a home landline. I had switched to just mobile but had not updated that info on the app. She is Fantastic and deserves to be celebrated for her great customer service!!!

Fairly disappointed. As my visits to this branch had generally been positive experiences, I typically go in to order coins. Today I was told they would no longer provide this service to me due to them having to many coins. They have asked me to take them to other banks to which I have done but still is refusing the service. Upset and disappointed

I am a younger customer and had some confusion with things walking in as I needed to make a deposit, get a cashiers check, and put a travel warning on my account, but Lavonda was absolutely amazing. She spoke SO kindly and was so so helpful. She walked me through everything and had lots of patience and grace with me. She is an amazing representation of an organization and showed the love during this crazy holiday season just as Jesus showed those around Him. Lavonda is awesome and would highly recommend her !

Shannon is always a bright spot at the Sycamore Square branch. Aside from her smile while helping with everyday transactions, she is consistently patient with any out of the ordinary questions and concerns, and will direct me to someone else if she doesn’t have the answer. Well done!

I have some personal business to handle and Atlantic Union Bank I walked in they've always been very professional and people have dealt with there have always been very polite they took care of any business I needed to be taking care of it was all on in a professional manner and that's what I would expect from the bank and I got all my extra paperwork extra folders even got a free pin everything worked out fantastic and when it was over Uncle Sam got there at 10% and the state got their 5% cuz God knows death and taxes are the only two things that are guaranteed this world but it's just my opinion
