I have some personal business to handle and Atlantic Union Bank I walked in they've always been very professional and people have dealt with there have always been very polite they took care of any business I needed to be taking care of it was all on in a professional manner and that's what I would expect from the bank and I got all my extra paperwork extra folders even got a free pin everything worked out fantastic and when it was over Uncle Sam got there at 10% and the state got their 5% cuz God knows death and taxes are the only two things that are guaranteed this world but it's just my opinion

I had the opportunity to speak to the Consumer Regional President Debbie Coleman I have to admit, I was surprised she returned by call sooner than the time frame advised. I was honored to be on the phone with such an amazing phenomenal speaker who truly care about the particular topic at hand, she did NOT throw any punches, she focus on my concerns, what I WAS SAYING, with no interruption,. She heard my pain, my shame, she showed empathy and compassion about the situation as well as us all, someone who truly care about all of the people involved, she understood EQAUL Justice, or no Justice , let alone all the issues we all have been facing throughout this pandemic, as a whole, she understood, she could relate, she wanted to give us more than her position, she wanted to ensure it will be address, so it don't happen to anyone again in the future, She wanted change for this branch like I do, even herself as she endured another unsatified customer in her career, and her focus was the customer. Her Tools, will get to the others, her passion for the Customer came though the phone, We ended with we have to be patient, we have to speak up, we have to not accept to be oppressed, and WE have to treat each other with respect regardless who's right or wrong and fix the issue with no malice, we have to help each other and with that we can do it TOGETHER. Thanks to everyone who was involved the lesson, mistakes was to better us all. Thanks again DC for being an outstanding SVP repping your BANK!!! And Solving the Issue.

I should have looked at the reviews for this location before going in, but I had no choice due to my emergency situation with my debit card that was Atlantic Union's fault in the first place!! After banking with Atlantic Union for over 8 years with my business, the buyout from the larger corporation a few years back REALLY has me considering changing.My business has been in complete disarray after the teller closed my debit card that was technically still active but was declining due to an Atlantic Union Bank error in the first place. I as given a replacement card that was supposed to expire in 2025 that stopped working because the card should not have been issued to me in the first place. Not only could my current debit card number that has been in use for over 5 years no longer be used, but the teller CHANGED my company billing address to my home address and COMPLETELY disrupted at least 15 different accounts I had without knowing this is what she did.I know that the tellers may be new and need training, but this has been absolutely ridiculous considering all I am here to do is help others with my business. Luckily my partner was able to call and get the address changed back earlier this week before more damage was done, but I am STILL figuring out all the accounts that were disrupted due to this error that had absolutely nothing to do with me.By the way, I still don't have a new card to utilize so I have been basically flying blind for several days with no way of making business purchases since Atlantic Union doesn't give temporary cards for business accounts!Quite honestly, steer FAR AWAY from not only this branch but Atlantic Union as a whole because they have been horrendous since being bought out by a bigger corporation. Long gone is the care that a local small bank gives and I have had issue after issue with them over the last several years.I don't even want to mention the obvious racial discrimination that I as a long term business owner have gotten over the years with attempting to obtain loans or lines of credit in spite of having zero issues with my credit history and almost a perfect credit score when attempting to apply.Anyone who wants to start a successful business, be sure to go to another local bank that cares about you. If you aspire to start a black owned business don't even waste your time driving into the parking lot of this establishment anymore. I have to start standing up and speaking out for these injustices I have had as personal experiences because Im honestly fed up!I really hope this helps someone, be blessed!

Absolute terrible customer care! !!!&$^#After sitting in the single line drive-thru for 10 minutes I go inside only to find no clients inside oh, and one teller working the drive-thru window. Meanwhile there are three other employees that could have easily opened two more drive-through Lanes. They would not let me enter Because I refuse to wear mask because of a medical condition that I have. Union Bank and Trust you just lost all of my business I've been a client of yours since 1992 !!

No exaggeration, the ATM is down EVERY time I come here. Not an isolated incident. Gone a month between visits and it's still down

Jamie C. gave me the best service ever and did an acceptable job at excelling my expectations of what banking with a credit union should be like. I was in Germany when I was flagged for fraud and for weeks monitored my account and would call me to help avoid any furtur inconveniences. Reallly appreciate everything that this bank stands for!!!
