What have you done to my favorite Genito branch? For many years it was like my Cheers...a friendly neighborhood place where Lora knew my voice on the phone and I could count on nice people.There's one man in particular there now at a desk who has a bad customer attitude. He's condescending and rude. I've had two encounters with him and felt demeaned while opening a CD. I honestly dont feel valued anymore and prefer to just go through the drive thru. No one there seems to be customer oriented or personal anymore.

I went into this bank to cash a check with my US passport, and Jeremy racially profiled me and would not allow me to cash the check because he said I needed a second form of ID because it was over $1000 even though that was a complete lie . He refused to take my phone bill. I went into another location they informed me that I did not need my second ID and cashed it with no problems. My issue with this experience is that he went out of his way to give me a hard time because of the color of my skin and I will make sure that everybody knows not to go to this bank. Several members of this bank witnessed this and did nothing to assist him in his ignorance

THE BANK IS Foreign owned! 100% Sociedad Nacional de Inversiones, S.A., a Honduran company owns 55 percent of the bank's total shares, with the remaining shares held by Belizean and Honduran investors.They are Lazy and do not look out for their customers. ZERO customer service! More to come

Ive banked here for years. To come in on a friday and have one teller on the window and one at the desks with a lady just wondering around not doing anything amd helping is wortless. Think it's time to move banks

Do not bank here, They literally closed my account without notice. The rep then told me that I did not provide enough information to verify my identity after I gave him SSN, DOB, and address. Run far away from this bank!!!

We left Wells Fargo after 20 years 1.5 years ago to come to AUB. I wish we NEVER made that mistake! First, the people who run the "points" one gets for using the credit card are a absolute "fly by night" group. When you call the company to ask any questions, you have to listen to two sales pitches about items, then they put you on hold. 22 minutes later, I hung up. Then I get l a notification that they are discontinuing the program. Then comes the ATM- If you want to get your checking and savings balance, this dinosaur of a machine (I think it's powered by hamsters running on a wheel for power) makes you go through the whole identification process/pin number TWICE! That's right- one transaction per card use. What a bunch of horse hockey! Last, they have all the OPEN signs blazing green- and ONE teller working. I just waited 23 minutes in line to make a transaction. That is UNACCEPTABLE! Yeah, yeah- I know... "It's like that because of Covid!". NOT! No such animal! It was like this BEFORE the virus! Get your act together, AUB! Your worse than Wells Fargo! And that's bad...
