I need to speak to the owner of this store immediately. I have a huge issue that no one seems to be able to solve and I have been going around in circles fighting with UPS to get a hold of somebody to discuss this issue and to remedy it. Clearly the staff at the store is not being held accountable for an extremely negligible mistake on their behalf.

Abbey was great. She was so genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She actually made me feel happier being near her, I had to thank her for being so kind. I dug this QR code out of the trash 3+ hrs later so I could say thank you!

The employees are not very friendly and clearly do not care about customers. Additionally, they do not seem to know what they are doing. The employee that took my package had no idea how to enter it for shipping. I am unable to track my package with UPS which makes me wonder if it was even mailed. I even asked before I left where the UPS mailing sticker was going to be placed on the envelope -- the employee looked at me in bewilderment.

Denise was awfully rude. Went to get one simple form notarized and it took over 15 minutes. It seemed like she did not know what she was doing, even had to ask a coworker (who was helping another customer) what she had to notarize. As I tried to point out where a second person had to sign she hostilely interrupted me and said “I’m reading!”. What should have been a simple notary was a long, terrible experience. I would not go here for notary services.

The employee was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and quick. I was lucky that there was no line when I entered, but as soon as others entered behind me, the other employee opened another line. It was an overall excellent experience
