I had to post this because I’m really upset about this. Yesterday their card reader was down, so I was told by a guy dressed like a horse that they would save the sweater for me. I came back the next day and the sweater is gone and nowhere to be found. This is really disappointing and really bad customer service. I definitely will not be coming back to this place.

This was my first time visiting the store. It had so much great merchandise to choose from and I found the prices to be very reasonable. I will definitely return. the sales People were also very friendly.

The staff is nice & they have great items, but I called before I came to make sure they accepted plus size items. They said they did with no restrictions. Upon coming, they said they didn’t accept anything above xl and that they don’t accept fast fashion like Shein despite this sign being on the door. Just wouldn’t waste the drive over in case that might apply to you.

I have an absolutely wonderful experience every time I visit this location! The employees there are always so welcoming and hard at work. Truly it made me sad to see the tone of the shoppers the last time I was there. Every person there to sell clothes had a mindset of self entitlement and were blind to the sheer number of buys all of the employees were already running and voiced their complaints that they couldn’t be the “first in line to be helped” with their buys. I love this location and think everyone there does an amazing job.

Although they weren’t able to take my clothes, unlike other stores who took forever to tell me this, the employees were very upfront and honest. I decided to look around after this and the employees were to help me find some good quality shirts that matched my style.

As someone who wears a L-XXL second hand shopping can be difficult but I always find something cute and affordable here! Their size and style selection is broad with something for everyone. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the store is clean and well organized!

Staff are awesome and the only reason for the additional star. I used to really enjoy this place but the last time I went it was just full of overpriced fast fashion. In particular, there were multiple Shein items being sold for 10$?! The fact this consignment shop even buys and stocks these items is shocking, since they are so poorly made. The major issue is this place is ripping you off with those prices for such terrible clothing. Another issue, each Free people item seemed to be priced much higher than I remember. I know I could go to Free people and get NEW items on sale cheaper than this place sold.
Unfortunately, fast fashion seems to be out pricing consignment and thrift stores now. Be careful about getting ripped off!

i want to start out by saying that it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. the reason i'm giving this store 2 stars as opposed to 1 is because i've been here a couple times before and the people were always super nice, and they also gave me a pretty good amount of money for the clothes i brought. but lowkey my experience today changed my opinion of the place as a whole and i will not be going back to this location. i started off by bringing in a bin of clothes, and i informed the employee at the counter that i had 5 more bins and a trash bag of clothes. it was two hours before close, so i made sure with the employee at the counter that it was okay to proceed with that number of items. they said yes so i was like ok and brought in the rest of the stuff. as i was brining in the last bin and struggling to open the door, the apparent manager asked me how many bins i had. i was like i got like 6 total but this is the last one. she was like ok... next time just bring them in earlier because we don't have enough staff to be doing this right now and i was like word, and i apologized, to which i received no answer, and i left my bucket at the counter with the nice employee, confused as to why they told me i could but the manager seemed to have an issue with it. i didn't think much of it until i came back later to pick up the stuff they didn't buy. they gave me my money and the manager looked at me and was like "next time i will not be doing a buy like this." and i didn't know what else to say so i apologized again. (for what? i'm not sure). but she didn't say anything back AGAIN, she just stared at me. i thanked the nice employee profusely, but because the manager acted like that i just don't want to go back. she didn't even say much but it was just the way she said it, and the way she acted made me feel so unwelcome. like if someone apologizes, the least you can do is acknowledge that apology. (manager with butterfly tattoo & black docs.)

What can I say, friendly helpful. I was at the ending time of trading and they still accepted my trade. I will be back again. Clean store, didn’t get to look around to buy, but as I waited on them, which was very quick, I seen a lot of customers going in/out. Also most importantly they donate items they can’t use. Way better than dropping off at a clothing bin which Plato’s told me to do
