Don't waste your time trying to sell here, or even shop here if you're above a size 6 or curvy. They claim to be upscale but their selection does not reflect it in both quality and style of the items. My clothes were for the professional adult and in excellent condition and was told they're unfortunately too old.
I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was very friendly but I won't waste my time here or at another location. In fact, they've given me a business opportunity in serving a demographic and a community need.

It’s wild to me what these stores will buy and sell. $60+ for second hand items that look VERY used?? But they wanted none of my brand new stuff I was selling. Today was my last visit for sure.

Had a great experience today at Uptown Cheapskate in Midlothian! Levi was great at checkout making sure I was able to get my rewards and asked if I found everything I needed. I also had the chance to talk with the owner and her district manager. They were both great and gave insight around how their buy process works. Thanks again for a great experience!

I’ve come here 3 times to sell clothes and had no luck in selling. But what’s really frustrating is that during each visit, the employees did NOT return everything I brought in. I end up missing 1-2 items after each visit, which I unfortunately discover after I return home. Regardless, I’m not coming back to this location again.

Will not be returning here due to their refusal to take or even look at plus size clothing! Do better, inclusivity is key. There were several things in my bin that were marked regular XL or XXL , of which there were several pieces on the sales floor that were those sizes. So there is no reason why my clothes could not have been taken.
Will be telling all my of “bigger” friends as well :)

Selection for men was abysmal there was maybe 2 racks for men and about 8 for women

Don’t waste your time if you have quality clothes. I called earlier and asked for the type of clothing they would except. I said things like Talbots, etc. and they said that they would welcomed them. However, when I got there and they looked through the clothes, they said they were looking for clothing that was within two years. They can’t say that they are upscale, they are more like casual clothes for the younger generation.

Used to love this store so much but they have very quickly gone downhill, With workers not even looking through clothes and just picking out random items when other are okay and then when asked what's wrong with the clothes and pull out something perfectly fine they shutdown and get scared i mean it is your job to sort the clothes don't be lazy about it.

Terrible experience. The staff was dismissive and unprofessional, with clear signs of bias in how customers were treated. Take your business elsewhere for fair and respectful service.

Love this store! Customer service is great, the owner is lovely, they take a good amount of my items for a fair price. The store is also neat and clean.

Abby was the most amazing salesperson she approached me and asked me if there was anything I needed help with even offered to go into the back to see if there were any other coats that might fit me. Her customer service made me feel welcome and special and I appreciate it her. Thank you Abby.

Seems like a nice enough store - various sizes and inventory available. Pretty clean and organized. Went in for the dollar days clearance and found a few things for my teen daughter.
