Love this store! Customer service is great, the owner is lovely, they take a good amount of my items for a fair price. The store is also neat and clean.

Abby was the most amazing salesperson she approached me and asked me if there was anything I needed help with even offered to go into the back to see if there were any other coats that might fit me. Her customer service made me feel welcome and special and I appreciate it her. Thank you Abby.

Seems like a nice enough store - various sizes and inventory available. Pretty clean and organized. Went in for the dollar days clearance and found a few things for my teen daughter.

This location is one of the worst locations in my opinion. The lady said I had to stay in the store if I wanted to decide on what stuff I will sell or not. She said the wait was 5pm (I got there at 11 AM). So I have to stay there, wait 6 hours to see what they will buy? If I do leave, i automatically agree one what items they’ll buy? That’s very unfair. Plato’s closet does not do that. I should be able to have a say on whether I want to sell certain items depending on the price. It’s a shame, the owners are very nice but they shouldn’t be stealing from customers.

Staff super friendly, store is super clean and organized. But they only gave me $28 for a $200 Kate Spade purse along with 3 other clothing items.

Clean store some items are priced a little high considering they are used and worn. Do sale shoes & sneakers. Per girl at register they only take clothes sold in malls within 2 yrs..didn't take my things because my garmets were for" older customer" so I ended up donating to charity..

This store legit smells so horrendous, idk what happened but last two times I’ve been here it smells like someone dropped a deuce in the air vent.Also, this past visit they were playing heavy metal/screamo music on repeat like ok chill ?? but also it was so loud like they wanted everyone to leave, idk I think yall good with the poo smell tbhClothes are aight, usually find some dripppppppp ?

Clean store and that’s about it. The same clothes are there for months. The selection of large and xl clothing has diminished. The accessories are also unappealing. The last time I attempted to sell clothing here, I was loudly told that this store didn’t accept plus sizes. (I was selling large and xl women’s clothing with some accessories.) I found rack upon rack of size small clothing which seemed unbalanced from my decade plus experience in fashion retail. I probably won’t return to this location.

Never again. It’s a completely unfair process and will never sell anything to this specific location ever again. Manager was condescending and said I could have my designer dress back after I was offered pennies then changed her mind. It’s gross how they do business.
