They lack the ability to follow their own process. I renewed my post office box on August 25th. They did not process the renewal properly kicking me out of my mail box and returning much needed 5 figure remittance checks from my clients back to my clients.

Fabulous plant beds maintained seasonally by the Salsbury Garden Club. Such a welcoming feature. There are also a few gorgeous lilies that were planted by a former employee that continue to bloom and grow. Check them out in June and the other plants that make this place shine!

They either lie to pacify you or claim it's not their problem and there's nothing they can do. They are the flesh embodiment of the shrugging shoulders emoji. The quicker the USPS service is dismantled, the better. These workers should be forced to contend with a competitive market where they're fired for incompetence and poor performance like most other working class Americans.

I run a business and many of my packages throughout the year get lost or arrive extremely late forcing me to take losses and deal with denied claims. Sick of it. Some of the mail carriers are also frustrating as I literally just watched one skip my mailbox with the flag up only to continue delivering mail to my neighbors.

Absolutely terrible service and unprofessional staff. Couriers don't deliver important letters to the address. They lose mail, don't search for it and don't respond to complaints.

Lost my package. Claimed it was never delivered when I had proof. Not helpful.

This location will not let you walk in and drop off a box that you pre-paid shipping for at home. Completely defeats the purpose of click and ship. Even though USPS is USPS you have to go to the one down the road in order to walk in and drop off a package that you already paid for.

Jennifer, at 1201 Sycamore Square Drive in Midlothian, VA give yourself a hand as you single-handedly earned this piss-poor rating for this post office. Your distasteful and unfriendly phone service is a negligent and disrespectful representation of the USPS. If there was a way to reduce this rating any further I would. You were dismissive, curt and just rude. You were obviously unable to answer my question and therefore unwilling to seek out the appropriate answer. You should be ashamed of yourself however I'm sure that would still be expecting too much of you.

Save yourself the time. The self service machine is always broken. Self serve means I can actually print the postage. Otherwise, what's the point? An overpriced scale that pretends to be a kiosk.

I have entered a change of address form twice. The first time, the form was “lost”. The second time, it was not acted upon in a timely fashion. Then I received a letter from the post office saying that the form did not comply with the rules: the form was more than 45 days after the move date. So, because they delayed acting on the change, I am at fault??? I’m at my wit’s end.

Exceptionally rude and showing no interest in helping you resolve any problems you might have.
