Worst post office I have experienced. The mail carrier won't even try to get the package to your door, but when you track your package it says it's out for delivery. I had live animals in route, went to meet the carrier at the box and they didn't even try to bring the package with them but had a note waiting for me saying that my package was at the office. The mail carrier didn't come until 5pm, because of this, I wasn't able to pick up my package and they have no shame or sympathy for having something LIVE sitting there in a box because of their own laziness. Guess I'll try to pick it up in the morning and hope it's alive. This is crazy.

There's one guy there, and everyone knows who I'm talking about, that is always very abrupt & rude and absolutely loves telling people when they can't ship something for one reason or another. He's an absolute jerk. Also, get that drop off receptacle for packages fixed!!! It's ALWAYS out of service!!! Postal workers are NOT heroes by the way so they need to take that stupid sign down outside the post office.

I had my wallet stolen 12/23 at the Verizon Store in West Chester Commons. I live in Boston now so I was without ID, Credit Cards, money that was in my wallet etc. I had to have my husband send my passport to me from Boston as I had no way to get home. Needless to say it’s been very aggravating few days especially being Christmas. I have been sick and unable to go to the Drs due to no ID. I was trying to track my passport but was unsuccessful. I had tried to call the post office to see when my passport would arrive so I would know whether I would be able to keep my flight tonight. I decided to go directly to the post office this am at Sycamore Square in Midlothian. I had the pleasure of talking to Kendra. She was able to tell me that it was on the plane and when they expected it at the post office. I have to say she went above and beyond to help me! Kudos to her! Once again thank you Kendra from the bottom of my heart! You were an angel to me today.

Very very disappointed. I’ve lived up the road from this post office for four years! Went there weekly and today I go to change my address and there is one worker and another one I’m assuming manager on break there is a line of 15 people . I ask the current lady if I could change mine and my fiancés address she tells me yes fill this out as long as I have my Id I can change his as well. So I wait in the 15 person line again for the 2nd time ! I waited for over a hour . I finally get back up to the counter after the lady on break comes back and scans packages on the counter while there is still a line. Then after 20 mins she sends the lady who told me I could change both addresses on break while there is still a long line. Leaving once again only one worker. Anyways I get up to the counter and she tells me I can not do it even with my Id so I say I just waited in here for over a hour for nothing she then proceeds to tell me I haven’t been there for a hour because she hasn’t . I explain to her I was in there before she got back. And I spoke to the other worker and was told that I was able to change them both. She then proceeds to tell me that I didn’t waste my time I still have to change my address yes ur correct I do but I could of saved a hour and came with my fiancé and done it together instead of both of us coming back to change his as well. She was very rude not only to me but to another customer as well. And on top of it had a attitude the whole time I think she just didn’t want to work and was hoping people would walk out. If you are not good with people you should not work in customer service. This post office really needs to get their employees on the same page for one and have employees that want to work and help people.

They don’t even try to deliver your mail. Then when they leave the notice that you should go pick it up at the post office, and you go pick it up, they look at you like you’re a crazy person. By far THE most inefficient government agency.

They make it very difficult to watch complaints against their employees because they put you until one 800 system. You can’t ever reach the managers there directly however, Greg is the primary reason these people avoid this place. He is a prime example of an entitled government employee, offers no help whatsoever, and always treats people with a rude attitude. If there is any way that I could get this individual fired, but we all know the government employees aren’t really fired. They’re just rehabilitated in the signed elsewhere.

Unlike the office closer to me, that turned me away. The man that helped me here today, about a half hour before closing helped and was nice. I wish, I had caught his name so I could give him credit.I will be going here from now on for all my postal needs.Thank you

I left my credit card in the machine after I purchased stamps. By the time I discovered this, I got back to the office when the lights were off and the staff were closing. The person came out talked to me and found my card in the back.

Most of the people in the office are courteous. Some of the mail carriers even wave to us as we're walking around outside. My mail carrier however has decided to stop delivering mail because we have a dog and the kids play outside. This is not changed in a year and a half. When we got the dog as a puppy she started throwing boxes on our yard instead of setting them down nicely by the mailbox. Whenever we're out and wave, she looks the other way. I send the kids down to retrieve packages and they say thank you and she will ignore them. Now she has decided to stop delivering mail. The post office has said there's a list of times that there have been complaints about our yard. She's accused her dog of attacking her. Never once has this been mentioned. I have video footage of every single afternoon when she comes. Half the time we're inside, or out back. And when we're not, I have the dog on a shock collar and keep him up on the porch. When we offer to show video evidence of all of this, the post office refused to look at it. They have been avoiding our phone calls to work out a solution moving forward. Have no problem making her comfortable to do a job that she's perfectly safe to do. Better yet, would have loved to speak to her directly if she had a problem with something, as we favor solving problems

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Employees act like they don’t want to do their job, give attitude, and overall a bad experience. If there is a corporate I will be contacting them because this is ridiculous. I’m not the type of customer to complain or write a review but I will today. Wish I could give 0 stars. And whoever the lady was that was on the phone, count your days.

Rude people, Horrible service. They say the package is delivered at the second they updated the tracking while I was standing with the mail lady and she didn’t have my package

They deliver usually on time, but keep in mind as many international deliveries I received, with additional payment, for delivery with signature, it never happened! I work from home so I’m at home when they deliver mail. Even if my son is working outside on a car, they wouldn’t bother themselves with receiving signature.Once they “lost” my package until I came to to face them. They found it a very next day.And very annoying are delivered letters that belong to people that lived over five years ago.
