Used to think they were good. Got new wiper blades with oil change in October. 1st ser 1 fell off, they replaced it with one the wrong size that. scratched my window. Tried to talk to manager, while sitting in line, manager left. Because they said they were refunding my money, which skill have not received, manger still refuses to talk to me

Staff is always on top of the job no matter how under manned it gets . They always have a great attitude and friendly disposition. Always recommend - and they're beside the new Chick Fil A so you can do a drop off and grab lunch!

This was my first visit and have to say I’m impressed. There wasn’t a wait and my oil change took only about 10mins. I’m highly impressed with the prices in particular. My oil changed totaled about $65 compared to the competitors which is usually $120 and up. Nothing special just an oil change. Highly recommend and will continue to have my vehicle serviced here.

I was really impressed with the excellent customer service. It was my first time at Valvoline and the customer service exceeded my expectations. The technician was very professional and helpful explaining everything to me and offering different options. The waiting time was very short. I definitely will come back for the oil change and tires rotation. You guys are lifesaver. Thank you!!!

Both the supervisor and the assistant were very welcoming and cheerful. They took the time to answer my questions and explain things I didn't know. The service they did was just what I needed and they even went over to check other parts and give me tips for better care of my car.

I got there and was second in line to go into the bay. No big deal. One employee said that going from full synthetic to a syntenic blend would be fine and when I got in the bay the next employee said the opposite. The employee checking me in kept leaving for periods of time in the middle of the check in process. He kept saying sorry and that other people don't know how to do their job. Once I was checked in, they did begin working. I provided my own filter and as far as I know that was used. After I paid, I asked if all the fluids had been checked and topped off and he said yes. I pulled out the bay and popped the hood and none of them had been filled. One of the other employees walked over to ask if everything was ok and I explained to him that nothing in the service check had been completed. No fluids were checked, nothing topped off, air pressure wasn't checked, etc. He said to pull over to the bay and he'd top them off. He did top off the coolant and the windshield wiper fluid but that's all that happened. Overall, not a great experience. The employees were inattentive and the promised 18 point service check definitely didn't happen. For the price point, I expect better. I'm a little apprehensive that the services performed were even done correctly based on my experience.
