“I do not know the women’s name but whoever helped me today 1/23, she has been the most kind, friendly AND HELPFUL person at ANY five below around/in RVA. I asked if they had something in stock and she not only double checked the aisle but went in the back and looked too. I have gone to several locations this week, and EVERYONE I’ve asked has said quite rudely “If it’s not on the floor we don’t have it” or some variation of that, AND not even offering to look in the back. I will be coming back to this location just for this reason. Additionally, everything was well stocked and organized. Which is another that has been an issue at a couple stores. Her coworker on the floor, he was also very friendly.”
