Do not stand for underhand treatment. The public needs to be aware that every branch is part of a terrible organization. No professionalism, no empathy, not your “neighbor”. Add that to the horrible app/web experience and you have no reason to value your business with this institution.

Love this bank & its staff! Always friendly, always helpful! Got a 2nd mortgage loan with them thanks to much effort from Susan Hall. John, Lori, & others are always accommodating with my banking needs. I would recommend them to everybody!

I am a small business owner and Village Bank really values their relationships with their clients. From the first time I walked in the door I was treated very well. I would recommend them to anyone. Even had a couple of scenarios the branch manager took extra time to help me with. Great organization that also serves and gives back to their community.

Show up 9:05 in the morning and they tell me that they can't cash my check yet and that it will be at least ten minutes before they are up and running. But it says they open at 9... not managed well at all.
