My first time ever contacting this Walgreens I received the most horrific service from Ariel. She was supremely nasty and rude, all from the greeting. I stated i was calling to change my prescriptions to a different location and she just kept yelling over me then proceeded to say she couldn't hear me. Well i guess not! She then suddenly placed me on hold with no warning and a different person, Hannah, came on the line. Thank goodness because she was so sweet and handled my concern quickly. I left 2 stars because of Hannah. Otherwise it would have been only one star. Ariel needs to rethink her career path

Ridiculously slow. 4-5 people working behind counter. Barely any customers and still waiting after 33 minutes. Was told 20.

I've been a customer of this Walgreens for many many years, however the new pharmacy hours are so inconvenient. They don't open until 9am and on Saturday they close a 6pm. The employee turnover in the last couple of years says something about management. If the location wasn't so convenient I would have switched pharmacies a couple of years ago......I am considering it now.

Use the Walgreens card with your Fitbit for ten bucks of free food per month.

Don’t wait if you have more than 1 script to pick up. They automatically tell you 30 minutes, but it takes like an hour.

Needs to add to their employee roster and may want to work on management to customer relations. They really don't keep a good stock of medications or enough of the sales items knowing they will have many customers looking for them. As for the cosmetics section is the best you will find for that area and the girl in charge of it really needs a raise for being the most helpful employee in the building even if it's not her department. More employees may want to stay with the company if it stops trying to just make a bottom line verses make a connection. Motivation and training is key for success.
