Complaint to Walgreens 7/30/25
I would like to formally file a complaint against the pharmacy tech that was working today (7/30/25 at 5:25pm). This employee each and every time my wife and I go to retrieve her prescriptions are dealt with nothing but rude behavior, almost non existent communication skills, and lack of professionalism that comes with this position. Not only does she act as she can’t hear you, she will ask you to turn your car off (mind you she has the phone on her shoulder not her actual ear) and then won’t verify the information for my wife. She doesn’t have a grasp on what the medications are, nor does she have the decency to not question if we know what it is as if you cannot on her screen see this is a running prescription since 2021. No other employee has the issues she has and this has been going on for months. No matter if it’s us alone or together does her attitude and lack of respect change. We will be changing pharmacies, especially considering we’ve been given the run around with medication arrivals, and were told there was an instance the wrong medication was given to someone else when it’s supposed to go to my wife. The names were the same, which caused the confusion but if the steps were followed correctly they’d ask for middle initial, dob, and confirm address. Only at the end have we caught it on our end that they were giving us the wrong medication.
I hope this finds whomever it needs to and isn’t just tossed aside. This employee is ridiculously incompetent and needs to be moved somewhere without having to deal with the public.

My family has never experienced a worse pharmacy than this one. The incompetence is unreal. We switched from the Temie Lee location and it has been like night and day.

World’s most inconvenient pharmacy. Really? Open at 9 AM. And close for lunch? Would highly recommend other options.

My first time here because store I normally go to couldn’t fulfill a service. The photo dept young male employee at this Walgreens very helpful, patient & knowledgeable. Pharmacy young female employee also patient courteous & open to my questions. My missions accomplished here so I will be back.
Photo prints very affordable & can be set up on my smartphone very easily so I will be back!
Store is clean & organized!

Went to pick up my prescription which was ready. Employees ignored me and just walked away after talking to the curbside pickup person. The next person comes and picked up my package, tried to enter the copay through the card which is already in file, and was unsuccessful, don't know why. I use the same card everywhere. She said, do you have another card? I told her I will return right away with another card, it's in the car which is parked right outside the walgreens. She said it 1:30, you can come at 2pm and pick it up. It wouldn't take another minute to get another card. The tech looked at the pharmacist and both of then said it's lunch time, pharmacy is closed. No more return to this walgreens. If they can't wait for 1 minute, how are they serving the sick? Horrible experience. Worst customer service.

This is my go to place when I need photo services or a package pickup. I’ve had many issues in the past with FedEx not delivering on time but I’ve always been able to count on Walgreens to hold them for me with a quick and easy pickup. I’ve never had any issues with their photo services as well and they are very quick when staffed properly.

I previously posted a lower review rating related to long delays for vaccinations. Recently, waiting times have been much better in relation to the last few vaccinations I received where I have increased my satisfaction rating. Per my prior posting, staffing has always been very friendly and look forward to continue being a loyal customer.
