I previously posted a lower review rating related to long delays for vaccinations. Recently, waiting times have been much better in relation to the last few vaccinations I received where I have increased my satisfaction rating. Per my prior posting, staffing has always been very friendly and look forward to continue being a loyal customer.

Horrible experience! I had a 12:45 scheduled flu shot and was told to sit and wait. At 1:00, I checked to see how much longer it would be and was curtly told (by the same person), “a few more minutes.” At 1:15, I checked again and was told “she’s coming now.”I explained to Laura, the pharmacist administering the shot, that I had been waiting since 12:15 and wasn’t even sure if she knew someone was waiting. She mumbles, “yes there’s a whole system to this… I’m so busy I don’t even know what time it is now.” I tell her it’s 1:16 and she doesn’t even acknowledge it.I work in healthcare myself and this is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Unless their staff gets retrained in how to treat people properly, do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.

Absolutely worthless for both the flu and the new Covid vaccine if you have either Aetna or Anthem health insurance. I can't think of any reason to recommend Walgreens for anything.

In drive thru before store closed, 2 cars in front of me and by thw time i was able to get to the window, they closed with me there. She could see me. I had toddlers in the car.

My first time ever contacting this Walgreens I received the most horrific service from Ariel. She was supremely nasty and rude, all from the greeting. I stated i was calling to change my prescriptions to a different location and she just kept yelling over me then proceeded to say she couldn't hear me. Well i guess not! She then suddenly placed me on hold with no warning and a different person, Hannah, came on the line. Thank goodness because she was so sweet and handled my concern quickly. I left 2 stars because of Hannah. Otherwise it would have been only one star. Ariel needs to rethink her career path

If I could give this Walgreens a negative star I would. I Went through the drive through and there was an attendant at the window on the phone. Once she got off the phone she still ignored me and went on about her business. No greeting, no “I’ll be with you in one moment”. This goes on for 10 minutes. So I go inside. Another attendant sachets over to me and I ask her if they have Covid tests. Her response was “if we do they’re over there” I say “over where?” And she says in an annoyed voice, “over there!” Then I ask her is it your policy to greet people when they come through the drive through or in the store? She then immediately started to make excuses “the attendant was on the phone and we’re working on other things” in a very annoyed manner. Then the girl in the back pipes in and starts to tell me how busy they are etc. All the while, no one says “I’m sorry we’re really busy” etc. Then, fortunately the Pharmacists looks up and says “I’m sorry” and I thank her. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and simply acknowledging a customer’s issues can change everything. But when you’re rude to the customer because they simply would like a one second greeting is absolutely absurd. I’m going to be changing all my prescriptions from Walgreens ASAP. I can’t deal with people of this caliber. I will be using the Midlothian Apothecary where they treat people like humans no matter how busy they are.

At one time I swore by this pharmacy. I have not had a single pleasurable, or even acceptable experience filling my families prescriptions here in months. Too often I get a text or call to pick up multiple Rx's and when I arrive to get them they are "not available" or $1,200 dollars for a 20 dollar refill because no one took the time to apply insurance or a discount card thats on file...I will be transferring all refills to another pharmacy and not returning.

Waited more than 40 minutes past scheduled time for my COVID vaccine appointment. The clinical area was filthy and crowded. They denied my request for me to wait outside or in my car to avoid the coughing crowd. There were dust bunnies, food remnants, and loose hardware all over the floor. One of the pharmacy staff members who was unmasked was talking with her coworkers about how she felt really sick. I had a long time to observe and didn’t see any cleaning or hand washing/sanitizing the whole time I was there. This is a truly disgusting place to go for medical treatment. I can’t believe we can’t get our vaccines through actual healthcare facilities and and have to go to these disgusting retail pharmacies instead. The staff I talked with and the pharmacist were kind and competent enough, but that doesn’t really make up for this being a gross place to get a vaccine. Go elsewhere.

I called the pharmacy to make sure my meds were ready for pickup, the next day I went there and said I needed to cal my doctor despite what I was told. So I did. The next day I went back and was told it would be ready around 3. When I called at 5:00 they said it would be another hour at least! This pharmacy is understaffed and in capable of providing for the area it’s placed in.

Pharmacy is helpful. Several times they can hardly explain why a prescription can’t be filled. Thankfully my Doctors use my chart. If they can give me a hint of information the doctor office can get it refilled.

Every employee I've dealt with at this Walgreens and pharmacy has been beyond helpful, kind and courteous. I don't go anywhere else but have been to plenty of other pharmacies in the past. This by far has the best service and kindest employees. I won't ever switch!

My favorite drug store. They are always helpful and go beyond their required jobs to help their customers. I visit there several times a week. Ms. Judy,Ron,Brian and Cathy are great employees.
