I was looking everywhere for an antibiotic prescription that was out of stock at most other pharmacies. I called ahead and they said they had it in stock. I dropped off the prescription and hadn't heard anything in a day so I went there. They hadn't attempted to work on it and then find out it's actually out of stock. What a giant waste of time and terrible communication.

Walgreens was my go to especially this location. I have been diagnosed recently with a heart condition and I was given insulin. It took my doctors nurse to call them to give me my insulin and my other much needed meds. It took me three days to get them and now I have to go back because they gave me the wrong lancets for my meter. So four days!! Sorry, for years I went here but I will be taking my business elsewhere. The pharmacist was great and helpful even two of the employees a male and female. The other two were rude and did not want to help me. As I was leaving I said thank you to the lady working at the register she literally just ignored me and she had no one at the register. This was on July 2nd around 3-5 pm. If you are not appreciated at a business, take your business elsewhere.

Called to confirm if they had a GoodRX coupon for a med my doc prescribed. Wow...the pharmacist was hostile from the go. They don't carry this very ordinary drug, they don't know if they can order it, and they don't do GoodRX coupons. How do they stay in business?

I’m disable so I can’t drive, I tried calling 3 separate times to see if my prescription was ready, each time the phone rang for more than 20 minutes with just one caller ahead. So I went ahead and ordered my uber to pick my prescription up just for the little girl there to tell me that one of my meds wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be until tomorrow and that I would need to call my doctor for my other prescription because there was an ‘error’ when I tried to get her to elaborate, she acted as if it was top secret information I couldn’t know extremely frustrating as I had to spend money to even get there. The whole experience is extremely frustrating as well as me going to pick up my prescription several other times and the pharmacy was closed at 7:30/7:45

I went to Walgreens this Sunday and the cashier was rude and looked like he did want to be there the whole time we were checking out he was on his phone. Told us wrong things due to him not paying attention because he was texting on his phone.

I had to switch pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens. I’ve been needing my prescription filled since yesterday called to get my prescription transferred and they said that if they needed anything else they would call that was at 10:15 this morning. Came to pick up my prescription at 2:11 PM, and my prescription is not filled because they didn’t have my insurance information. I feel like they should have called to gather the information needed so my prescription could be filled. This medicine is for my five year-old who has an eye infection.

Pharmacy unexpectedly closes way earlier than posted times. They are almost never open.

The worst customer service in the entire world. I will not be giving any more of my hard earned money to big box pharmacies in 2025! If I could give zero stars I would.

Went by tonight before 7 & the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed! 😖 Lights off, sign on the drive thru window “Pharmacist Not on Duty.”
My prescription is not a super urgent need, but a heads up they were closed/closed early today would have been nice!! What about that 1 who did have an urgent need - they’re SOL.
I will have to wait a few more days & hope I can try catch them open before 12/29!

The worst pharmacy to ever exist. Customers service is atrocious.

Their pharmacy hours are getting shorter and shorter, which makes it less convenient for me. But I think it's like that at many other drugstores/pharmacies ever since Covid, unfortunately. People working there seem nice.

Apparently they only accept Medicaid at this location? That is what the pharmacist told us. They wouldn't fill a prescription for my son's antibiotics because they don't accept our Anthem insurance, which just doesn't seem accurate. Another Walgreens accepted our insurance for a similar prescription yesterday. They didn't call or notify us in any way, they just waited for us to come in to pick up a prescription that they wouldn't fill.

None of the employees ever know what they’re doing. It takes 20 minutes to check out. Avoid this place at all cost.

A Prescription was sent in by the local Patient First early in the morning around 9am. I visited this Walgreens twice, the second time around 11:40am and they only had one prescription ready. I was told that I would get a call once my prescription was ready. I ended up calling them around 3:00pm to check on the status, waited about 15-20mins and my call gets disconnected. Called again waited about 15mins in which I’m now told that they couldn’t fulfill my prescription. No one reached out to tell me anything as I’ve been waiting for this since the early morning. In a lot of pain due to a pulled muscle in my back so of course I’m extremely irritated at this point. I usually get my prescriptions filled here but I’ll no longer do that due to the lack of professionalism. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with this location. If you have anything that needs treated right away, don’t send it to them, you’ll never get it.
