Absolutely ridiculous, Came in for 2 items and was waiting for someone unlock a cabinet for more than 20 minutes. I had gone up to customer service and 3 younger ladies were so unprofessional, They offered help and then went on their phones and were giggles and just left, I had then had to ask another employee to help me out and I had saw the same ladies on disability carts riding it around the store and just messing around. I have been here many times and is so disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism with the employees. Luckily this wonderful lady ending up helping us out, She is definitely in need of a raise. If you need to get groceries i would just go to kroger *better prices anyways*

Better read the fine print when you purchase a BB GUN at Walmart. Bought one with my 9 year old son to teach him gun safety in the woods and the stinking thing didn't have the rear sights. We took it back immediately and was told that I would have to send it off to the manufacturer since they don't do returns on 'guns'. A stinking broken BB GUN that I purchased from their store and they left me hanging and my son in tears (but were happy to keep the money). Good riddance Walmart...Wegman's is just across the road for my food and other household items will be Target.

For employees standing around directing people to self check out while one lone cashier is busting her butt with all the customers, like me, that DON'T WORK AT WALMART.

I was inconvenienced for nearly an hour today because their cashier didn't properly apply a coupon. I got to my car and saw I was charged for the item that was supposed to be free. I went to customer service and instead of being sympathetic that the cashier did her job wrong, the African American lady was extremely rude. She didn't seem to understand how to read the receipt and I tried in a calm voice to walk her though the charges, credits, and coupon, she didn't listen to me. I told her just to add up the 5 items on my receipt and she refused. She wasn't warning a name tag (probably intentionally) but I think her name was Rosella. After 20 minutes of her attitude I asked the other lady at check out Janet to help and she immediately did. I would recommend firing Rosella or whoever she was because she represented Walmart in a really bad light. Check your cameras for 6/22 at 5pm.

This was the worst and stressful experience I've ever had here they are remodeling and it's terrible they have completely ruined this store they are trying to be like target's and Kohls at the same time and FAILING the floor make me motion sick and the store is dark when trying to check out they have most of the cash registers off or their "spark lane" for Walmart plus customers making it harder for the actual shoppers. The way they have their lanes while shopping you can't even walk through even if you don't have a basket So my mother who has a scooter couldn't even shop it's also extremely dirty and they are all just blaming it on the remodel when it's more of clothes and supplies where someone has dropped them and left them this isn't the first experience with this new "remodel" I will not be returning

Don't get your oil filters at Walmart! The book is wrong to look up the filters! I checked and double checked to make sure I got the right one! They would not give me money back for it!!!!

The parking lot is set up in a crazy fashion. It's not handicapped friendly for sure and this is sad. The store is cramped and not a superwalmart. This store used to be nice but now it is very ghetto. People have no respect fir the elderly or handicapped here. After watching an 80 + year old woman have her cane pulled away from her and two thug teenagers beat her until she couldn't move. I called 911 while everyone else recorded it. Nobody helped the woman which was my deciding factor NEVER to shop at them is store again!!!! I pushed and pushed but was unable to get through the crowd to help the woman. May GOD show these teens no mercy! I hope they got some serious jail time for this but knowing our system they probably got nothing. Anyone that abuses the elderly is trash to me.

I ordered food and other items for delivery between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. here it is 10:49 p.m. and no update. Tried to call the store the phone rang so much it finally hung up. Walmart customer service is getting worse it's nowhere to be found!

Walmart has truly been missing it. They have sent my groceries to others homes. I never found out to whom or where. They did give me my money back. I did a lot of yelling. They wanted me to wait 7 days. I needed my items. We then tried there pick up service again. There system keeps going down. You can't login to let them know you have arrived. Waited nearly 30 minutes for pickup. I called into the store to let them know we had arrived. Pick up didn't answer and when they did. I heard click. They hung up. I had to go through the system again. My fiancee went to the service desk. Only then did they answer the phone. I bought an item online to be shipped. Supposedly it was delivered yesterday. Where it went I don't know.It seems that the only way to have any kind of a positive experience is going to the store and shopping it yourself.

THIS IS NOT OPENED 24 hours a day as shown on the site! we just moved to the area and drove 45 min each way only to be told they are not opened 24 hours- and would not allow any customers in! it was 10:50, so we still voold have grabbed the minimual stapel items we needed for our fanily tonight! SOOO FRUSTERATING! and a major waiste of time, energy and gas!!! UPDATE YOUR SITE PLEASE!!!!

Walmart check out terminals need to be adjusted and service now. i spent an hour looking for regular everyday items. This the second time that clerk had to re-do my order and charge my card manually. My bank account have over $1K funds more than enough to cover the $50 dollar purchase but the machine kept malfunction and declining the purchase. i was short on time and had to leave all my groceries! How disappointing and waste of time!!Walmart need to check their systems to help their customers waste their time!
