I was trying to order something online for the weekend. This was the only Walmart who had my items in stock. So first off I drove up here to pick them up. Tried to figure out where to park for pick up. I saw No signs indicating where to go. I decided to run inside for something else I had forgotten and ask where I needed to go, and found they have changed the entire front of the store. They now have what appears to be about 25 self checkouts, and all I could see was one check out with a cashier. So no real options there. All I can say is I'm very glad I don't live near this one.

Great clothes, on trend. Clean. I hadn't been to that Walmart b4, but that will be my fave Walmart now. Great for wheelchair handling.

I orderd a bike online for a Christmas gift. I did not pay nor did I ask for assembly. They brought out a dirty, used bike missing the training wheels. When I mentioned that to the two gentleman, they tried to say it was not dirty when it clearly was! I refused the entire order. I tried to contact two different departments at the store and no one answered. I did the online chat when I returned home because it stated I picked the items up and charged me. I have to dispute with my bank now because they said there was nothing they could do?!?!? Never shop here!

The parking is very tricky and extremely too many handicapped parking spaces. And people who have a hard time walking but no handicapped placards have a long walk getting to the building.

We had the nicest young guy help us find earbuds. We had no idea what we were looking for. He was most helpful. We saw that the price was $17.88. We made sure they were the correct ones for the correct price. We made it up front only to find one register open, and the line was very long. So, even though we hate ringing up our items while a paid employee stands there on her phone while we, the unpaid consumer, does her job, we notice the earbuds rang up $19.88. We finally got her attention while she continued her conversation on the phone to let her know of the price discrepancy, and all she had to say was the only way she could change the price was for us, (SENIOR CITIZENS) to go back and take a picture, go back through the line and show HER the picture of the correct price. We were already exhausted ? and my husband told her we were not able to go back as we are both disabled . She said that's all she could do. She was extremely rude. I looked at her and told her that THAT was HER job, not ours. My husband paid the price difference, and we left. I was mortified. This is NOT the way you treat customers, especially senior citizens who had to bust their butts waiting on customers.

Don’t waste your time with ordering groceries here. They are managed by a truly incompetent leadership team. Shame on me for giving them multiple chances to fix simple logistics issues. Basically they don’t plan for call outs, when they inevitably delay your order till the next day they don’t give enough forethought to try and prioritize the previously delayed order. In fact they usually forget about it and after multiple calls they give you some weak apology then offer to have you pick it up. Don’t waste your money on a Walmart + membership or your time ordering from here.

I've never been a fan of Walmart. I find their stores to be unattractive, full of subpar products, staffed with associates who are clearly unhappy and not trained, encouraged or inspired to provide great customer experiences, and product displays that are unattractive and disorganized. Walmart lacks class. Walmart lacks style. And expecting customers to self-check out is just wrong and basically says to its customers how Walmart corporate truly feels about its customers. They don't care about you or shopping experience. Walmart just wants your money. They expect your loyalty with nothing more in return beyond whatever product you purchased from them. If you are okay with that, then have it. But, I recall a time when stores were owned by and staffed with people who truly appreciated the fact that you were a customer spending your hard earned money with them. Not Walmart.

Walmart was a stop where some household necessities were picked up.The Breakfast Items Freezer was down.So they didn't have any Great Value Sausage Gravy Potato Bowls. This is one of our favorites.Better luck next trip. They had plenty of Ice Cream. They didn't have Equate Hydrocortisone Spray 1%.We found a few more odds and ends.We spent maybe 45 minutes total. Not bad!

Just stood at the jewelry counter for 25 minutes with no response. This place is a joke, called Human Resources while standing there and was assured someone was coming then watched two employees walk up and then turn around. If I could rate in negatives I would

Waiting in line because only one line open. If I wanted to go to self service line I would apply for a job since I have to work for you and then pay you for your service. The plastic bags you use are ridiculous. At least provide a sticky substance that can be used to open bags. It took the young man forever to get the bags open .
