Paid for my Quesadilla, watched them drop it on the ground, laugh about it while taking their sweet time making the second. Just to get it and see they didn't fold it in half anywhere close to even or cut it. Walked inside and put the food back on the counter and left.

Why would I ever go anywhere else when i could go to the best WAWA on hull street ?the food is amazing , the cleanliness is a 10 out of 10 and the the southern hospitality is top notch . Having a self check out option is perfect along with all of the healthy food options and sweets .

It is a standard Wawa with employees far more concerned with each other than customers. Made-to-order food is pretty quick but just grab it and go because "thank you" will go ignored. This location is well stocked and clean for a high-traffic store. Large, towed vehicles will have much difficulty accessing the fuel pumps because they were clearly set up for cars and have no pull-through pumps, so tight turns will be required and given the amount of vehicles in the lot at all time, it could be challenging. Overall, it's an average WaWa.

I ordered, and paid for, 4 -10 ounce containers of watermelon but only received one-ten ounce container. i doubt the poor driver had anything to do with them missing, they probably never made it in the bag.UNFORTUNATELY, when I contacted Postmates they said, "Too bad, no refunds because you had driver leave it your door." I said call the store, they can confirm they only put one in the bag...she refused and said driver was not responding to her calls and she wasn't calling anyone else.So why am I giving a 5 star review here on WAWA? BecauseWawa did the right thing, they refunded my $12 plus tax on to my Wawa gift card. That's almost as good as a refund from Postmates since Wawa couldn't possibly refund anything to my credit card on file with Postmates. Ally? Alyssa? Amy? An older lady. Not sure what her name was but she was working the food at 10:40 pm 4/12/2023. I think she was a manager. Very unpleasant to deal with, rude to customers, and gave a huge attitude about a mistake they made, which mind you wasn’t a big deal to me. She got rude about it even when I showed her my “extra cream cheese” on a bagel where there was the bare minimum on it. Told me that everyone definition of extra is different. Which I kindly responded with send maybe you should get your workers on the same page of Wawa’s extra. Because when I was in just on Monday, there was most definitely extra on my bagel. I come to this Wawa and literally never have a problem except tonight.
