Brutal attitude from the management to the employees. The customers are always speeding in the parking lot. The crap service is not worth sacrificing my car.

BE CAREGUL GETTING GAS!
On 4/27/25 at 5:35pm got gas on pump 5 and there was a fraud skimmer installed on pump and charged my card $175 had to call the bank and have card shut down.

I went in today , and heard this guy yelling at this worker about not allowing him to buy cigarettes over the limit. She handled her cool very well , even after he yelled at her for 5 minutes before i left not knowing if it was more. I hope she gets the raise she needs.

I was very impressed with this WAWA. I was acknowledged by a friendly passing employee and the gentleman at check out was friendly as well. The women’s restroom was clean and stocked!

The customer service at this Wawa was IMPECCABLE - should really be the standard for Wawa’s around Richmond.
A gentleman that was stocking overheard my husband and I looking for something and offered to look in the back (without us asking) and found what we were looking for on the top shelf of an obscure place (meaning he actually looked).
Then as we were leaving a woman with a pixie cut said “keep smiling! Have a blessed day!” To every customer and took the time to look up from her work to actually make eye contact when she said it. It was genuine and intentional!
In a world where more and more “customer service employees” tried to actively avoid actually serving - this team stood out by going out of their way to serve us. Thank you for making the start to our roadtrip so peaceful and bright!

Hope is always so welcoming and kind whenever she makes my drinks and I see her. Today she made my drink and wrote a little note on my drink, put a smile on my face and made my day a little better!!! Thanks hope!!!

It was very busy when I went in, but everyone making the food was so fast, friendly, and communitive! They all had an amazing attitude and were so polite. 10/10 best wawa Ive been to!

Dante is so sweet! He made me and my husband laugh the whole time and the hot chocolates we got were amazing! We also got this ooey gooey buttercup treat from there and it was gooood! Would def recommend coming here if you need to fill up or want a quick pick me up.
