I wish I read the reviews before I visited the location. Absolutely not helpful, and rude. One was actually shouting as though I didn't understand what she was saying. Whatever was asked, they said I could do that online or call in the other branches. Don't know what their work is at the bank. There is no sense service. Am banking with WF for more than 15 years, never had such lack of service. Am actually thinking about taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible rude service and no people skills, even the managers. As a business owner for over 30 years that deposits and has transactions in the millions of dollars, I was talked down to and basically treated like a third-rate citizen. This is the worst location and will never go back. Previous visit was just as bad, but I had to stop by because it was close to where I had a business meeting. All of the other branches are amazing to deal with and no rude backtalk. I guess the days of accommodating the customer are over at this location. You people are a sad representation to the Wells Fargo name.

Rude and slow. I'm a business manager and I can't do night drop deposits per company policy. This location requires you to come inside for more than 3 deposits and come inside if you need to make change. The line in the building is always backed up because the people at the desk inside are PAINFULLY slow. I have waited an hour of my work day to make 4 deposits. I even tried to start going to another location but in the last year they have closed the 2 other closest locations. Unsustainable wait times. Rude people. Do not prioritize business clients.

Although some unforeseen technicalities colliding with my poor timing- both beyond anyone's control- thwarted my attempt to open an account at this WF brach today, I am leaving a 5 star review because Ross P. was the kindest, most helpful staff member anyone could ever hope for. He went above and beyond to try to help me, and he absolutely would have if not for the circumstances I described above, which were 100% beyond his control. I hope this man gets a pay raise, and proper acknowledgment from his superiors for the service he provides WF customers, which in turn, is a service provided to those superiors- hence if they are listening- he deserves a raise, promotion, etc.

Closing the location at sherwin williams makes it extremely inconvenient to use wells fargo for banking. This location adds 10 minutes to my lunch break round trip from work because wells fargo has no locations immediately north of brandermill. And this section of hull st is always busy. Gotta find a closer bank to deposit my money

I recommend the business executive Zenaida. Super good experience. He advised me and my sister and opened the account. He did all the baby card management and helped us with the Well Fargo ?♀️application. Excellent customer service and the best thing is that he speaks Spanish. ? God bless you ?

Started my account I'm March. Had my first issue with them. Costumer service was a joke, so I called this branch that got me started and they won't let me talk to a manager. I tried Richard Lee marshall, I even called you. And the young lady on the phone WOULDN'T give me her i.d number .so To those reading TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
