I called Salisbury and they said they could do it for $1300 when I dropped it off Paul called and told me that the part that the original shop tried to quote me for wasn’t even damaged! Richmond Import Service informed me the rear brakes were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I highly recommend Richmond Import Service. “I have a 2024 Tesla and unfortunately took a turn a little too tight and dinged one of my rims. I was definitely bummed - especially since I’m very particular about the condition of my vehicles.
Based on the great reviews, I reached out to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists through their website and uploaded a photo of the damage. Within a few hours, Steve (the General Manager) got back to me, confirmed they could repair it, and provided a clear, fair quote.
I scheduled an appointment (though it wasn’t even required) and dropped the car off the next day. They were ready for me right away, and the repair was completed in about an hour.
The wheel looks fantastic - like new. Professional, responsive, and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys.”
