“EM Gray & Son really saved the day. We first called them in November 2025 to fill our propane tank before the cold season. Here it is February 2026 and our propane tank is empty as we continue to go through one of the coldest winters in recent memory. I made the call yesterday, they informed me that they would do everything they could to get to us quickly. The area is covered in ice and they asked if our driveway and roads leading to our home were clear. I told them the driveway was passable but it did have ice and I would get it cleared. The next day I called them to let them know all ice had been cleared and their truck could get in. They put us on the list and had our tank full and the heat back on a few hours later. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of their service. From the kind young lady on the phone to the attentive delivery drive that came out to fill the tank. They were professional and courteous through this entire ordeal.”
