I had a great experience! I am glad they really take the time to talk with you and give you the best service. They helped my AC stop making a weird noise by replacing my blower motor. They also performed my other regular maintenance (oil change and coolant flush. Great communication, and customer service. I appreciate that they gave me a quote for my next dealer-recommended maintenance so I can budget accordingly.

Went here to get my state inspection. On top of the insane book time of 2 months in advance, when I finally got it in I was failed on NON FAILURE CRITERIA! I was told this by the next inspector I went to and showed them the failure paperwork. Not some shady place either, it was an official dealership of the model of my car. When I mentioned having never failed on this criteria before the mechanic essentially told me oh well.
This entire experience was horrible, and incredibly inconvenient. I am giving 2 stars only because the prices are fairly reasonable. Also the receptionist staff is very kind and professional.

Went to get Virginia State Safety Inspection done as they are the authorized inspection center. When I got there, a rude guy told me to come back after 4 weeks as they are fully booked for the next 4 weeks. I didn't see a single person waiting there. They must be working on auto repairs instead of state inspections.
My inspection has expired now and if I wait another 4 weeks, I will get ticketed.
They need to hire a dedicated inspection staff or stop advertising as state inspectors.
What a waste of time.

Took a set of wheels and tires in for Hunter Road Force Balancing (recommend this, by the way!) and Michael was incredibly welcoming. I even made requests to mark the wheels with the data and he went above this and took photos of the machine readings to share with me afterwards. Meant the world to not feel like I was asking too much. They also do alignments and other services so I will be returning again soon, I am sure!

Trustworthy! I've never felt pushed to have unnecessary work doneas I have at dealer auto shops. I'm so happy to have found Gibsons!You do need to plan ahead for an appointment because I'm not the only one who feels they're an honest business.
