Great experience with Rollin' Wheels when AAA arranged a long tow from I-64 between Richmond and Charlottesville to Norfolk after a vehicle breakdown. Friendly, professional, helpful driver, excellent service all around. Clean truck interior. No complaints and couldn't have asked for a better experience after a breakdown in the middle of nowhere.

These guys are the best. I had an issue with my front end shaking. I’m from out of town and gave them a call on Thursday afternoon and they said to stop by first thing Friday morning. As soon as I arrived they pulled it into their shop and diagnosed the problem as a bad tire. They changed the tire for and didn’t want to charge me a dime. Give these guys a call.

My family and I were stranded on eastbound 64 at the MM 137 on ramp, after road debris took a tire out. There were no other companies taking calls and then Biggie D showed up to rescue us. He was awesome; our knight in shining armor.
He really cared about our dire situation and was confident, quick, friendly, professional, and got us out of a risky situation, all while working with our roadside assistance company. Biggie my friend, thank you for helping us get through a tough day!

I’m not a car expert, but when I needed a tire plugged, Rollin Wheels made the process quick and easy! I called, and they got me in right away. The team was friendly, respectful, and took the time to answer all my questions. Best of all, the repair was done in just 15 minutes, and the price was even better than I expected! This was my first visit, but I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be recommending them to friends and family. Great service & experience all around!

If I could give zero stars I would waited 2 hours using aaa towing which ok that's understandable the man showed up looked as if he was drunk he didn't even know how to work the bed on his truck the whole back of my car got dragged across gravel never looked chains to the car I had a flat tire and he drove it on a flat on his truck bed i had just broke down a week before this and the same company different driver came with no issue on getting my car on the truck so not the truck definitely the driver.

Someone else said they will scam you if they can.
This was my experience.
Specifically, after calling for a tow around 11 am, they took their time and showed up at the last minute of the aaa clock.
saw i was peacefully waiting and not agitated like they must have hoped and tried to get me to engage in an altercation to claim some sort of victimhood.
Basically, the guys who are supposed to be rescuing you, ended up acting like they are desperste to get you involved in a lawsuit.
Hope they find better employees.
Wouldnt trust these clowns in the middle of the night thats for sure

They operate unsafely. They sent a guy from Florida wanting to invade driveways by seeing what's down each driveway so he can quote turn around. Some open pot smoker advantage taker there.
He told my elderly relative to climb into the backseat to do something and that's unsafe for elderly women. He patronized me when I spoke up on thst saying she dud a good job.
He said she could leave it running with top up but that's leaving simething running for 30 minutes that animals could hop into.
They're too stupid for me.

Fabulous Service!
I called AAA and Steve from Rollin Wheels came to my aid. I thought the issue was much more serious. Steve located the problem while loading my vehicle and probably saved me hundreds of dollars.
