They operate unsafely. They sent a guy from Florida wanting to invade driveways by seeing what's down each driveway so he can quote turn around. Some open pot smoker advantage taker there.
He told my elderly relative to climb into the backseat to do something and that's unsafe for elderly women. He patronized me when I spoke up on thst saying she dud a good job.
He said she could leave it running with top up but that's leaving simething running for 30 minutes that animals could hop into.
They're too stupid for me.

Fabulous Service!
I called AAA and Steve from Rollin Wheels came to my aid. I thought the issue was much more serious. Steve located the problem while loading my vehicle and probably saved me hundreds of dollars.

After our Honda Odyssey broke down off I-64 in Kents Store, VA, on a Sunday evening I wasn't sure how long we'd have to wait for a tow. AAA contacted Rollin Wheels and David showed up and was extremely helpful getting the van loaded. Even better, he worked with us and towed it to their shop which cost us much less than towing to our usual garage. The mechanics at the shop diagnosed and repaired the vehicle the very next morning and all in all saved us a lot of money and headache. Excellent mechanics and service.

Called after hours and was able to get my husband's truck back in the morning. There was no rush. David delivered it and was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Definitely recommend for anyone in need of a tow.

I can't remember the last time I wrote a review for anyone, but thought I had to for these guys. I was on a business trip yesterday that brought me to a place called Mineral VA. I got a mile into my 300 mile trip back to PA when my starter went. I was really stuck. I got it towed to Rollin Wheels where I was kinda at their mercy. They could have said it'd be a week, but instead they took it right away. This was on a Friday afternoon around 2:00. The poor guys worked on it for about 2 hours in the heat which was about 90 degrees I'm guessing. They got it completely fixed. I can't thank them enough. I wish I lived closer to give them more business, but I hope this helps.Service: Electrical repair
