A few months ago you broke my mailbox by placing items that don't fit in it. Then a few weeks after that you left a huge heavy package sitting on the door and it broke. So now you're shoving things in it that clearly do not fit. When do you actually deliver packages and not ruin people's things?
And again.... you've broken my mailbox 3 times since I've lived here. You put so many packages in the mailbox I could barely get them out. You shoved one that clearly said DO NOT BEND in the back. I finally had a package delivered and you just walked through the yard to put on the porch. When the driveway is clearly attached to a porch yoh could drive right up and drop on the porch but instead decide to walk through the yard to put on a different porch. My mail is late by weeks and weeks and weeks most days. What is with this post office. I used to think the DMV was the worst run government agency but then I moved here 🤯 at the bare minimum could you please stop breaking my mailbox and just deliver packages to my porch. Thanks.

Tyler was fantastic. I lost the key to my neighborhood parcel and he helped me get a new key. Extremely fast and handled the whole thing for me. Super appreciative for the customer service.

Held my mail and packages without giving any notice that they were doing so. Thankfully one of the companies I had ordered a package from emailed me and let me know my package had been delayed, other companies I had ordered from earlier, did not do so and one of my packages was about to be returned to sender, because I had no clue it had been sitting at the post office this entire time. I was also under the impression that when things can’t be delivered, they leave a slip on your door, saying that it is being held at the post office, I never received one. When I went to go pick up my mail and packages, the woman at the front desk was less than helpful and gave attitude about the situation. She also never asked for ID or anything to verify the mail and packages were indeed mine, just asked for the address, she gave them to me and let me go on my way.

Poor experience. An African American woman working the front desk on June 1 was completely rude and unprofessional. My card and package never arrived to it's destination. Avoid this location if possible.

Very nice people working at this USPS location. Hometown post office. They work hard to get the mail out. Late deliveries are not their fault, most of the issues are occurring at distribution centers.

Packages are delivered inconsistently. Sometimes they deliver sometimes I get a delivery attempted notice for no reason. If you call they may or may not answer the phone. They are frustrating to deal with.

They do pretty good with delivery. My only complaint is that they leave my packages from Amazon and others in front of my garage doors, I use my garage, 2 times almost backed into packages...m

Worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with! I will have an update for an item that says “out for delivery” and then as soon as they’re about to close I see that it says, “attempted to deliver” knowing I was home all day. When they do finally deliver a package they will stick it on top of my mailbox instead of dropping it off at the door. I had a package delivered for my daughters birthday and they crammed it into my mailbox damaging her gift instead of dropping it off at. PURE LAZINESS!

The small town of Mineral was founded in 1890, and as you might have guessed, was named for the mining industry which supported the community. Gold, zinc and lead were all mined in the area. This post office isn't much to look at... the long brick building houses dozens and dozens of post office boxes for mail delivery in this rural town. With a population of under 600 folks, you won't find this mail center very busy. The mail carriers use regular vehicles to deliver mail, rather than official USPS mail trucks. The interior is shabby, peeling walls, dingy counters and dirty floors. Shipping and mailing supplies were low, and the racks were disorganized with several boxes just strewn on the floor. There was a greeting card display which I doubt gets much action. The clerks are friendly and efficient, and seem to know most of the neighbors around town. You won't be in a gold rush here! There are a few drop off mail boxes on the side of the building. The hours are 8:30-1:00, 2:00-4:30 M-F, and Saturday 9-11. No passport services, but the usual small town services are provided. If the workers here get the "lead" out, spruce up this government building and take some pride in this place, I "zinc" they could earn some extra gold stars! But perhaps, bureaucracy is under"mining" its progress!

This is horrible. Packages are always late. Ordered something, said it would be here Monday. Post office website said it was out for delivery. Next update was at 4:45 that evening said they attempted delivery. Thats a lie. I was there at that time and no note of attempted delivery was left. I am tired of dealing with this Postmaster. Do your job or get out!
