Had an issue with my phone and was extremely frustrated. Ethan was polite, cordial, and patient. I thought I was going to have to go higher up the chain to get my issue resolved and Ethan was able to help me right here at the lake. Day saved and problem resolved. Thanks Ethan.

Stopped by this local Verizon store to activate a mobile hotspot. Customer service was great! No wait time and the Verizon sales person even saved me $20/month on my service!

Jami was so helpful and went above and beyond with her service.We had problems with transferring data with an old phone and she didn't give up until the issue was resolved.She clearly explained prices and made transitioning go smoothly. She was pleasant to work with and we highly recommend coming in for any phone needs.

I do not visit the Mineral Verizon store often but when I’ve needed to Jami and her staff are always accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I would recommend their services.My only recommendation or rather a suggestion to Verizon when upgrading is please have the hidden costs made more visible. Jami was accommodating and explained fee changes.

Wow! Jami and the team at Verizon saved us from a nightmare with another carrier. She was professional and thorough with plans, information, and protection. This is the best Verizon store by far! These ladies, Lianna Lebrun and Jamie Newton are nothing short of AMAZING!!! They were patient, kind, and so helpful! Every single time I come in there, I am greeted by such a warm welcome! I never feel rushed, as they always take their time to figure out a solution! They were troubleshooting trying to help me any way they could! They always go above and beyond to help the customers! This is why I will always support this store! Thank you for always taking care of our family! You all are the best! ❤️

Horrible customer service. I went in looking for an upgrade for my phone. They gave me and my family a hard time because they wanted us to upgrade our plan but it would cost us more money so there was no point. So the guy goes back with some lame excuse and comes back with the manager. The manager was more rude than he was. She didn’t greet us or say anything other than “why won’t you upgrade your plan” and very rude for that matter. We continued by saying because it’s cheaper to stay on the plan we have now. There’s no point we have everything we need on this plan. So then she proceeds by saying well we can’t give you anything for your phone which doesn’t make sense since my phone was an iPhone 12. So I said well that’s fine I’ll just pay for it. Then she goes if you want us to transfer the data it’s going to cost you $49.99. Um excuse me? Since when did this become a thing. So I said well I can just transfer the data at home. Their customer service is awful and next time I want to upgrade my phone I’ll just go to the Apple Store where customer service is of high value and they value their customers. If Verizon keeps up with this awful service then I will switch to a different service all together where my business is valued and I’m not treated as inconvenient because I’m happy with my current plan.

I have been doing business with this store for years. Lianna Southern has always been my go to. She is the epitome of professionalism. She is very personable. Customer service is top notch. Her team/staff is great as well. What an awesome staff. This is the only store I deal with. Lianna and her crew are the best. Top Notch!!!
