We keep getting late notices because lady that works here keeps holding peoples checks and payments and putting them in her handbag. They've also sent out notices that theyve doubled their price to rent units starting in August.
Not only this but owners husband has been known to try auctioning off units people have rented.

Very fair price very nice people to work with however do not give them a check it takes nearly 6 weeks for it to clear

Awesome staff. Super friendly. A pleasure to talk with.A few days after renting my unit, I called to inquire about parking a 26 ft moving truck in their parking lot until I could unload it and they gave me a spot inside the security fence at no charge. That's customer service and greatly appreciated.Debbie is awesome.

Thanks a lot for leaving your gate broken and wide open for 3 weeks allowing someone to come in a rob the place blind including my unit!!! Just received a call from Bedford Police Department asking me to come down and identify some of my things!!! I am beyond upset that this was allowed to happen!! Over $6,000 in guns and all my power tools are now gone because of your negligence!!!!

Debbie did not have anything when I called they were booked. I got placed on a wait list and was called very shortly after. She was professional and knowledgeable. Prices are in line with others and has 24 x 7 access

supposedly they have UPS shipping at the location in Moneta. So far I have not been able to get a label printed. All this is is a drop of location do NOT expect to be able to ship anything from here. I have stopped going here it's easier just to go to the UPS store and get professional help with your shipping needs

This is a convenient location for UPS dropoffs. The lady who works here is so friendly and helpful every time I drop off a package, I feel like I am greeted by a friend.
