Victor is so great to work with! I had 2 mattress specs, he found them priced them and delivered them zippy quick. I ordered box springs that weren't needed and he returned them without question. I highly recommend Mattress by Appointment SML - don't bother going to Lynchburg or Roanoke!

What a nice experience making a mattress purchase we had on Friday. Made an appointment, went a few minutes early, met the owner, Victor.No pressure to buy, we made our decision on what we wanted, in and out in about 30 minutes. He delivered to us the next day, right on time.Thank you Victor for your kindness and making a bad day pleasant. If I am looking for another mattress, we will be back.

My wife and I were very pleased that we selected Mattress by Appointment at Smith Mtn Lake. Initially it was because of being so close. We were prepared to shop many mattress shops that day but after looking at 4 or 5 mattresses and having Victor explain the differences we didn't feel the need to look any further. Victor was very knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. He let us do the selecting. The mattress is high quality and was delivered and set up as promised. We only had to write the check and were pleased with the price. If we needed more we wouldn't hesitate to use Mattress by Appointment again. Excellent service.

My wife and I had procrastinated on buying a new mattress—what with the hassle of comparing products, visiting stores, and getting prices—but Victor made the experience pleasant and easy. He is knowledgeable, accommodating, and responsive. He answered all our questions, waited patiently as we tried different mattresses, and provided free delivery. And his prices? They are the best around—by FAR!We’ll never go from store to store to shop for a new mattress again. From now on, we’ll go straight to Victor and Mattress By Appointment.

Excellent service! Good selection of mattresses. Delivered to us at exactly the time they promised, not like a 4 hour window you get from other places. Prices were very competitive. Highly recommend doing business with them.
