We are new today and called to have on Friday at 4:00 a pedicure for daughter and mother. The nail spa said come now. We were already outside. When we came in, we were obviously the last accepted customers. The two spa ladies, not engaging with us until we finished and paid. Will never recommend or go back.

My wife had a french powder manicure on October 7 2023. 5 days later they were cracking and coming off. She returned and they blew her off. She tried and then wrote a review. They quickly deleted it. A complete disaster business. Go elsewhere.Service: French manicures

Very bad! The powder manicure that the man did cracked on the fifth day. Then the nails began to break to the point of blood! My request to correct the situation was refused! The price of a manicure with a tip is $60! I do not recommend this salon to anyone! My fingers look really scary! And they still hurt, because the nails broke off to the roots. It's been four days since I can't do anything with my hands because of the pain!Service: Dip powder

Giving 3 stars. I got the dip powder with added tips. Nails stay on very well, in fact, they stay on so well that if you happen to break one, they will pull off your entire actual nail underneath! They do a great job, but expect that if you break a nail, you’ll be crying.Services: Nail art

Posting this for my wife:extremely rude and 3 of them yelled at me when I pointed out my toe and finger nail colors were different colors. rather than trying to help rectify a simple mistake they proceeded to berate me for not communicating and then abruptly ended my manicure. I was upset and extremely embarrassed at been yelled at in the shop and they kept going on at me even after I asked them to stop yelling at me. I will NOT be returning - I don’t understand how such a simple issue was blown up to such proportions. very rude, inconsiderate and not worth dealing with.

Three of us went. Appointment was on time both my daughter and myself had great experience. Our pedicures were great. My husband on the other hand husband technician was either tired or not interested. Could have done a better job. BTW both my husband and I are unable due to age and mobility to take care of our feet. This was a gift to us. Also, please remember to bring cash for tip. Embarrassed no tip that day. We did return to honor them. We will return if given another gift for a pedicure.
