Outstanding Customer Service from Dakota at O’Reilly Auto Parts – Moneta, VA
I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received from an employee named Dakota.From the moment I walked in, Dakota greeted me with a friendly and professional attitude. Dakota went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to assist made a big difference in my experience. What really stood out was how Dakota treated every customer after me with the same level of respect and attention—he truly represents what great customer service should look like. It’s rare these days to find someone like Dakota. He is someone that cares a lot about his job, O’Reilly’s is lucky to have an employee like Dakota on their team. If you stop by the Moneta location and need assistance, I highly recommend asking for him; you’ll be in great hands. I think Dakota gets 5 stars all the way.

Went to get a headlight bulb for my truck. He shows me the screen of options.... Cheapest being $75 for a 2 pack... Walked out. Advance Auto just down the road had options, single pack for $18 or 2 pack for $38. Not the first time O'Reilly has been over the top in pricing.

I bought brake pads here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to find the right parts. The only issue I had was that in order to get my brake pads I had to buy the more expensive ceramic pads because nothing else comes with the hardware.

O'Reillys is my go to auto part store. It seems like they have a never ending back room because they always have what I need in stock, when other stores show they don't. Plus the staff seems to be pretty knowledgeable when asked questions.
