The branch is okay but since it's change from amrican national bank it's tottal failed i can't believe it please don't open account with atlantic union bank someone use my account even no alert and the worse thing when using debit card or business card decline so many time right now I am in gas station the debit card decline again and again its no gas in my car the card decline its horrible I check it online its still fund available I cant believe I will both business and checking account will transfer to other bank

If you’re not a current customer they will not notarize for you, even for a fee. Worst service error. Because of this I told Betty I will never be a customer if this is how they treat people.

Was severely disrespected today when I went to withdraw cash and reorder new cards (my money clip was stolen.) After showing them my mail, A picture of my ID, the bank manager recognizing my face, a previous debit card, and gave them my social and all my private information, I was still treated with skepticism. They asked me if I knew anyone here, I pointed out a man whom I've dealt with a few times and said "I've dealt with that gentleman a few times" and he didn't even look up or acknowledge me.Was told to wait so I could show a manager the same thing I showed a teller to 'prove' my identity. A few minutes later, they had another gentleman sit down. A little more time passes and the same manager who recognized me comes and gets the other guy first.I've gotten a new debit card and cash for my account before (from losing it once), and the process was done in minutes with the teller. But I had the new-teller who was absent the ability of discernment, and was pushed off to the side and even ignored by ones I had rapport. The disrespect disturbed me to where I had to leave, and will return once I have ID- but my trust is broken with them. It was the cumulation of it all, rather than a specific incident that excited my ire. Worst treatment I've received from a bank in my life.
