I use this location frequently and always have a good experience. Extremely friendly employees and great service. Today was quite the opposite. I have never seen the woman working there. She barely greeted us. We had two returns to ship with QR codes. Both companies stated to bring the items to the UPS store unboxed. She dismissed me with the first return stating it needed to be packaged. Instead of offering to SELL a box to me, she just stood there staring at me. So she does not have any customer service skills AND does not seem to be interested in making money for the business she works for. I would have happily paid for a box if it meant my return was completed. She does not need to work with the public. Very unimpressed with her overall.

The UPS Store on Booker T Washington in Hardy VA is incredible! Karen is an amazing asset to that company!!! I went in to send a baby blanket I had made for my soon to be granddaughter, and a book. The price wasn’t what I had expected but high because of the size of the box. Karen offered to repackage the items in a smaller package. I paid and left. About an hour later I got a text with a picture of the cutest box with the cutest stickers all over it. She said she tried to make it girly. She not only saved me a lot of money but made a package very special for the baby shower I couldn’t attend because it was too far away. She went above and beyond!!! I definitely recommend going there for mailing your packages!!! 10/10!! Thank you Karen!!

Best bunch of people in Westlake. I always have a blast chatting it up with them and their service is fantastic. Feels like family (that you like) every time you walk in.

I needed some flyers made in a hurry. They were an unusual size which also were designed to be folded a special way.
The owner Luanne Malandra understood the assignment.
The flyers were ready much sooner then I expected and the paper quality was fantastic.
Definitely 5***** service!!

My experience at the Westlake UPS Store was absolutely wonderful. All the staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and went well above treating me and other customers with respect. I also observed how the entire staff interacted with each other, with ease, confidence, and efficiency. The whole experience was far and beyond what was needed or expected. Thanks.

This is probably the best UPS store I've dealt with. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff members Took time out of their day to explain what some emblems met on a box I was reusing and how could hold up my shipment. They not only explained it to me but they effortlessly fixed it so the box would pass. Kudos!

Great service. They are quick and know their stuff. They try to help out customers as much as possible. Make sure you read the Amazon directions! They have no control over if Amazon wants you to pack the item, or print a label, or whatever strange instructions Amazon has. I have found most trouble I run into is because Amazon is inconsistent, not the UPS store.
