“This is the best veterinary hospital that we have ever used, and our dog is 12- we have encountered a lot of vets. The first time we brought our dog in this past Monday, they treated us like family. Our dog can be quite difficult to handle but they bent over backwards to make him comfortable with them and won our hearts and loyalty in the process. Si ended up having to have major surgery and they took so much time with us explaining in detail what was wrong with him and caring for him like he was their own. Dr. Hope is amazing and Pam is truly a keeper. Rachael and Debra took such good care of us at the front desk as well as everyone else that works there. We are so thankful to have found them- I would give more than 5 stars if I could!”

“Compassionate, FOCUSED, staff! I have had several canines, with care at VCA. Dr. McConnell was absolutely wonderful with all of my senior pets, and once came over to my house, when my 19 year old friend was leaving us - she and a staff member with her, were amazing. They took him to the hospital for cremation, as I was so upset - very grateful. Now, I have a rescue, 4 years old, he is a patient. Ear issues and allergies, which Dr. McConnell is treating, with great improvement!My experience over the years, has been very positive.”

“very thankful for Dr. Miller and the staff. They helped me get through a very rough time when my dogs got exposed to mange. They have been very supportive and knowledgeable. Dr. Miller was able to find out the issue without getting a lot of tests done. He is excellent about finding the root cause without having to run multiple expensive tests. He saved me money. The vet techs are sweet. I was having a hard time getting in and out of the door today with all my dogs. They were so kind and helped me! I am very sad Dr. Miller is retiring! But happy for him! “I cannot say enough good things about Monelison Animal Clinic and Dr. Eggleston. They truly went above and beyond trying to treat and save my sweet cat Bruno, who had been there multiple times while battling FIP. Every single visit regardless of the time or how emotional I was, Bruno was treated with the same kindness, patience, and genuine care. From the front desk to the exam room, everyone at this office was consistently compassionate and empathetic. Each time I had to call with questions or to provide an update on his condition, or bring Bruno in, they never made us feel like “just another case.” They treated him wonderfully every single time, and that meant the world to me during such a difficult journey.

Dr. Eggleston showed true compassion and dedication throughout Bruno’s illness. She took the time to explain things, explored every option, and treated both Bruno and us with honesty and empathy. The medication that can potentially cure FIP is not cheap, however, she knew that I had spent a small fortune on trips to the Emergency vet and urgent care already so she took the time to look for the most affordable option for me. It was clear she truly cared, not just about treating a condition, but about Bruno, my husband and I.

Ultimately we had to make the decision to end his suffering because he was just too sick. But I am still endlessly grateful to Dr. Eggleston and the entire Monelison Animal Clinic team for making an incredibly painful decision as gentle and supportive as possible. Thank you for loving my Bruno, for treating him so beautifully every time he walked through your doors, and for going above and beyond when it mattered most.”

“Tonight was our 5th visit here and we continue to have great experiences.
We have had a heart breaking diagnosis for our sweet 10 year old golden shepherd and the vet was so kind and took her time answering all of our questions.
Sadly, we had to bring our same pup back and had our final moments with him there. Everyone was so kind and empathetic and let me be with and love on my baby boy through it all.
We had 3 other minor issues with our Irish Wolfhound pups involving peni that would not retract. In all situations we were seen as quickly as possible and had kind and caring care from the vet techs and vets. No one wants to go to an ER vet, but I have peace of mind knowing I am able to get my fur babies' needs taken care of at all hours of the day by kind and caring staff who have loved on and cared for our babies during their pain and ours.
